Resulting products were installed in ' Naptha crackers' at RDS Aruba refinery. I attended 'start up' to ensure feedstock had the correct parameters, ( BP, S content), and tested different thermodynamic parameters. The catalyst was depleted UO2 on an Alumina base.
Naturally, the thermodynamics, containment materials, catalysts ( if any) used in DMG will be subject to NDA .
I can understand why you, Nuthazard and others are fixated on H2 and DMG. I cannot envisage a company producing H2 from DMG when there will be a much larger mfg capability and much cheaper sources using electrolysis and SRM. PHE should concentrate the 'sell' of DMG as removing waste plastic and tyres from the environment, with syngas as the product. Simple.
The global temperatures at present show the effects of Global Warming. The GW deniers, and there are some half decent theories, in the main, are Big Oil disciples, and in the pocket of BO. My question to them is very simple. What if you are wrong? The answer, with nothing done quickly to reduce C emission , is Hell on Earth. If Govts spend $T's on getting BEV/HFCEV on roads in cars, HGV, trains, ships, planes, this is the quickest way to reduce C from atmosphere. Eliminating coal is the second quickest, and cheapest to achieve, but China, India and others are stubborn. If GW is not caused by C emissions, then at least we will have streets free from carcinogenic materials.

For several years I, and others, worked on the development of a super permeable ( high surface area) base for carrying catalysts in the reforming tubes for gasification of Naptha. ( Heavy Fuel Oil). The products of the gasification went to a fractionating tower, and since the products have different molecular masses, the lightest products (H2) made it to the top of the tower, and heavier products, such as road fuels egress near the base of the tower. The amount of each product was dependent on thermodynamic consideration in the reforming tubes. More information available if you require.
Naturally, it has some relevance to the DMG process.

Wolves. Your H2 connection is only valid to PHE S/H if you expect RR H2 suppliers to buy H2 from DMG. Do not waste your time and effort in researching this, since I can tell you, 'it will not'.
I have been a at the forefront of H2 energy source well before you. I was posting on SOU board 5 years ago about the demise of the ICE in favour of either BEV/ HFCEV. Do some research on my old posts to verify, or ask Daveyboy on SOU, with whom I had a debate on ' all ICE engines being banned in the Western World. My date was before 2025, his was 2050. I have repeatedly stated that if Govts were serious about climate change, the by far the quickest way to reduce C is in Transport. I was advocating HFC for aircraft engines at this time. Also, large consumers of 'dirty energy', ships, are an ideal candidate for HFC propulsion, and it's not beyond the realms of science to have the ships capable of collecting sea plastic, and converting to H2 in situ. . In the event the chartered waters have little 'sea plastic', then the ship will have the capability of electrolysing sea water to H2. More research needed I think Wolves.

The pump price in the video from BOC was £10/kg. The in-city station was an electrolyser to produce H2. BOC as a retailer will try and get maximum price, and at present, all fuel prices are inflated for obvious reasons. BOC will not be inclined to inform anyone of the production cost. Large scale eloctrolyser plants with capacities of 20kT/a will have production costs of below $2/Kg. However the cheapest H2 is from SRM, but has a C footprint. As you can imagine there is big bucks on 'cleaning' this operation. Always bear in mind the truism 'don't feel the quality, feel the price'. With all the spiel from Peel/PHE on H2 fuelling stations, it is somewhat remiss not to mention a selling price. Of course Big Oil will attempt to keep oil prices as high as possible for as long as possible. It is good news that both Shell and BP have a progressive renewable energy outlook.

for Potash is declining. There are 2 main reasons, there is less farm production with buyers of agricultural products looking at alternative supply chain outside of Brasil. With the price inflation of Potash, Brasil is now looking more seriously at exploring for minerals, including Potash. It is a big Country. The present right wing president has turned a 'blind eye' to further encroachments into Amazonia in search of minerals, and oil. It is laughable that the next presidential election will also feature, and is the front runner at the moment, the far left candidate, Lula, who was a former president, and only recently released from prison after being found guilty of corruption when in office the previous time.

2) When will EML be selling Potash to Brasil?

Gate fees? The plastic has to be sorted, recyclable and waste, it has to be shredded.. Income from sale of electricity and heat only happens if you do not reform all the syngas to H2. You can have a mix, and use some of the syngad for power and heat, but at the cost of less H2. I am talking about PHE's model of selling DMG and having annual income from License fees. So how does the owner and operator gat consultancy fees, or are you saying PHE should build and operate DMG's. ?
