slight mistake by Fromage. The divi is not £128 per share but 168 USCents ps which at todays xchange rate of $1.24 -£ gives £1.28 ps. The 168 Cents ps is comprised of 118 cents Final Divi and 50 cents Special divi.

Of course I want to see the technology work, But PHE have lost sight of the goal. The goal is to have an economical, environmentally safe method of removing waste plastic from the environment. PHE are fixated on H2 production, and many posters on here see DMG plants with cars, buses, trains, ships (lol) queuing outside to 'fill up'. I have written at length on here why this is a fallacy.

JCB manufacture 'diggers', amongst other plant. It does not do site contracting. That is left for Groundwork Engineering Companies who may or may not have JCB equipment.

Also, @diggrrs' and other plant types are not going to 'roll up' to a DMG site for a H2 refill if the plant runs on HFC. This is also true of HGV's and buses, which run on HFC, They will do what they do now. 'fill up' at the depot. Cars will go to the cheapest filling station for H2, which will not be DMG. Sorry folks. PHE should concentrate on the sales pitch of removing harmful plastic from the environment, and be energy surplus with syngas. The BOD is jumping on the H2 'bandwagon' without giving any thought to the consequences, such as it did by giving Peel the 'rights' to DMG rollout in UK. Idiots. It would have been better to get finance and build the FOAH on its own, 2 years ago, when the cost, according to BOD was c 5M. For a 'game changer', this amount of money can be seen as insignificant, however, in the minds of various PHE BOD members, the 'problems' were insurmountable, and hence pass the 'problems to Peel. Well done, pay yourselves a bonus.

ashden. Probably, almost certainly - no. The fundamentals are still the same. The dilution is massively disappointing, and I am hoping for news on a T/O.

ThtTrotsky. The divi payable has nothing to do with the sp, except RoR. The divi is increased by 40% per share but we will all have 24% less shares. The divi increase is because AV. expect profits to be in the ball park to pay the divi. If AV. did a £3.6B share BB scheme, say over 2 years, the total divi would still be the expected amount, except would be increased by X% on an individual shareholding basis depending on how many shares had been purchased and cancelled. I think it was eloquently summed up by BigFatty;

The 'return of capital, ie £3,6B is misleading to say the least. Although the Company says it is also doing a 'share consolidation, the net effect is zero. As MrMath stated. To return to your original share holding, you will have to buy shares with the return from B shares. This will involve dealing charges and stamp duty. I sold out at £4,33, and will wait for the Market to normalise following all this nonsense from the CEO. It would have been better to invest the £3.6B in a 'share buyback' or better still, a takeout of another company. If anyone can make a case for this 'nonsense' I would appreciate it. BTW. a share BB ( and cancellation) of £3.6B would reduce the number of shares in issue by c0.84B to c 2.8B remaining. This would increase the divi paid for each share by some 30% and shareholders would still hold the same number of shares and not reduced by a quarter. Buying back 0.8B shares would in reality cause the sp to increase, since te Company is only looking for sellers and no buyers. In effect this would reduce the number of shares bought in Buyback, but the overall effect is to increase the wealth of SH. The coming 'nonsense' does not.

I'm afraid not. You claim to be a professor in mineral law. with knowledge of permits.if you were seeking advice from other profs., you would refer to them as your peers. More 'learned individuals, in the field of mineral law, would be PhD, and since that is a Terminal Degree, would be better educated. Tp prevent your simplistic answer of ' i never said I was seeking advice from other profs in mineral law.' I would wager a small amount that degrees in mineral law would also include a comprehensive study of 'permitting', to include environmental factors in the extraction of minerals.

Thnx the posts Rivaldo. I am not a fan of 'research notes' since they are paid for by the client. is REAT. It has been said many times, 'not worth the paper they are written on' However, looking at facts , the profit, the orders on the books, one can see that the company is undervalued. Its present P/E is c 10, which should see the sp at around the 3.4p with a peer adjusted P/E of 20. It is too 'small' to catch the eye of the majority of investors. It appears upward momentum in sp only happens after 'good' RNS. I am fairly confident the sp will be 3-4p within 2 years.

I did jump the gun in tying that comment to the heading of 'desal plants etc' With no info. from BOD, it is merely out of boredom with EML that posters , including me, can see a nice fit between OCP and desal plants and EML's lack lustre performance. My comment was primarily was aimed at your 'non understanding', including that of better educated colleagues.(what I do not understand and have discussed with my more learned colleagues), s the lack of comms from EML if there were a problem. Answer, a RNS to that affect would tank the sp.

MM's are not allowed by 'RnR' to say if a trade is 'buy/selll/ When the trade is reported, the buy/sell is merely if the trade is above or below the mid-point. There is no MM 'evil forces' at work. When trades are significantly above the 'market size', then the trade may be referred to a broker to execute the trade, in which case the price obtained can be materially different to SETS.
