AGM Statement,
Myles Kitcher, Managing Director Peel NRE, part of Peel L&P and Non-executive Director of Powerhouse, said: “We are in the final stages of securing the construction contracts and expect to announce financial close very soon. We have commenced the civil engineering works with significant progress in the delivery of the new site access and in site preparation.”

He obviously has not been to site. Civils on site means placing levelling pegs, digging trenches for ground beams, concrete pads etc. We know from ledZep none of this has happened, and site appears to be storage for containers.
But the statement had the desired affect, 9 'likes'. Unbelievable.

Many overlook the damaging effect of NOX on the environment. Nitrogen is nearly 80% of the air we breath, however, as an oxide, it has been used as an anaesthetic, laughing gas, N20. When anything is burnt in air, NOX are produced. However, NOX are not greenhouse gases as such, their damaging effect is made in the upper atmosphere when it contributes to the formation of ozone, which is a GHG. Some of you may have noticed an additional tank on HGV's, This contains AdBlue, a chemical catalyst which helps in removal of NOX from exhaust gases. Major drawback is it operates effectively at very high exhaust temperatures. Not good for short journeys, or slow ones. When H2 is burnt in air, NOX are produced. Not so with a HFC.

No 1 disciple did however tell of his boot llicking activities and the largesse he enjoyed at SH's expense My criticism of The Failure was that he was a bean pusher as CEO of an OnG exploration company, which obviously needed a petrochemical engineer at the helm, or similar. Did I have the intelligence to sell all at a quid, did I hell, much to my shame and bank balance .I still hold a couple of hundred thousand, but will donate them to charity . It's going to take some big exploration finds for this company to survive past a few years. I hope it does, but it's going to be mighty difficult.

Get a grip aandi. I'm downbeat on EQT, PHE, EML because they are jam tomorrow shares and fail on their achievements to date. Of course, we all hope that that will change for the better. laugh. when I read posts like 'multiple financial closes coming any day now'. An example of a herd member.
Of course, thankfully, not all companies are like Sound Energy. I bought at 4 p, it peaked at a quid, and is now 1,5p ish. There were Analyst and Broker Notes, ten a penny, stating it was a 2, 3, 4 quid share. All nonsense of course, but idiots believed them.

Now aandi, why don't you tell the board about the shares I gave you in response to your claim that EQT was the best on AIM.
Tell them about WTR and a few others that I have been invested in, and one or two, I still hold, if you have the time. I don't regularly post on those shares since the BOD have done what it says on the tin, no arguments on their management. It's these 3 shares I mentioned, where Management is on probation, and should be held to account.

Sorry, I have to laugh and comment. Comparing modular construction that will fit on a 40mtr x 30 mtr site, with a project that cost tens of billions and spans several Counties and employs thousands. Well done Julian.

Thnx aandi the replies on biomass. I'm afraid burning forest waste is a problem of culture and education. I'm not sure what size of forest can economically keep a gasifier running 7 days a week.

BHP has announced it is divesting it's oil portfolio and going 'full blown' into Potash. The Canadian mine is a few years away from production, much bigger scale than our Moroccan venture. Good news in that BHP's confidence in a growing market, on the flip side, possible price pressure if over supply situations arise. KOR should be mining Potash in 2 years in Africa, so we need to get a move on and get supply agreements in place.

There are natural ways to dispose of biomass, safely, without emission of greenhouse gases, and usefully. Good to know aandi is also not a great fan of using gasifiers to dispose.
Non recyclable plastic waste has been a no. 1 news item recently, but something always comes along with, it seems, with more devastating affects. With the now Global hype on H2, PHE, partic. Yeo (CEO) has gone down the H2 is everything route, and promoting DMG as the Planets saviour ( idiot). It may well be, but it wont be H2 from DMG. H2 is a useful 'add on' to the DMG, as it will be from syngas produced by EQT gasifiers. It is not cheap. Yeo is of the opinion, and is attempting to lead PHE SH's, and others, that a H2 fuelling station is a necessary add on to a gasifier plant. Not if Tesco, Shell, BP, etc, are selling H2 at much lower price, irrespective of colour. Up to 30% of GHG emissions are transport related, with the compounded health risks of Nitrous Oxides and carcinogenic particulates. H2 FC are well adapted to 'high cost' transport, such as HGV's trains, buses, ships and light weigh aircraft. The high cost of FC's is a major drawback cars. With new generations of Solid State batteries, and increased RnD, the likelihood, is that BEV will be the main choice for emission free driving, as log as the source of the electricity for charging is green(ish), ie not coal, or oil fired PS's, with the majority being renewable or nuclear. The end result must be the elimination of ICE engines, ASAP.

no one has mentioned the wonderful timing of the 4M share buy less than 48 hours ago. With interested parties in both companies, the buy could easily be one of 4 or 5 people. I could put out a case that buying just 48% ( ie: no control in the business) is on par with the BOD decision to place the future of DMG in UK in the hands of a third party over whom it has no control. But eh oh, these are facts, and should not get in the way of conjecture and intrigue. lol.

This is a re-purchase of a plant in Croatia ( which was closed) and operates with biodegradable forest waste ( hardly solving the Worlds 'waste' problems. There are many technologies that remove biodegradable matter from our environment. The major talking point, where action is needed, is on gasification of non recyclable plastic products. That is where the big money is to be made. aandi comments on this will be appreciated.

I'm afraid that reposting old stuff does not exonerate the BOD from its responsibilities. This nonsense of tweeting 'what a busy life we lead' is for gullible people. There are posters, one in particular, who regurgitate the same 'jam tomorrow stuff constantly. If a 'non herd' poster. on a daoly basis, posted 'show me the money', where are the deals, abuse would fly from every angle, In a recent post, it was stated:

this is somewhat at odds with BOD statements earlier this year that 12+ deals would be finalised this year. !

Research notes are normally paid for by the company, and all the data 'released' is provided to the 'researcher' by the company. Many critics have said research notes are not the worth the paper they are written on. These boards are for opinions. not for the daily dribble of one or two where 'facts' are other peoples opinions.
The raison d'etre for companies like EQT, PHE is obvious. PHE have put back their flagship FOAK at Protos Park ( more accurately, Peel has), and cites 'engineering' considerations on FOAK initiatives. Their sp has plummeted, with further to go. The market wants to see up and running , large scale, successful commercial plants . Everyone and anyone, genius and thickos, can say, ''this is going to be a great company''. Actions speak louder than words. May be one of the herd can tell us why there are obvious delays in the roll out of the 'incredible order pipeline'?

This is taken from a March 2018 RNS ( the time of my first purchase of PHE shares). The DMG plant was shipped from Australia ( known as a PHE G3 Uht then), and installed at the University of Chester.

It's reassuring since he could have spent time on PHE's involvement with the first Nuclear Fission Reactor in UK, or possible PHE's work on air conditioning problems in nuclear powered submarines, or even their involvement in the manufacture of ultra thin paper to reduce timber felling?
