Saude Arabia is probably the Worlds largest producer of deasal. water. There are various methods, Saudi , in the main, uses steam generators ( oil is cheap), condense the steam, and also produce electricity. More modern methods, and eco friendly use one of the many 'osmosis' techniques to filter out the various salts.

aandi is a serial ramper. DYOR and look at what this company has actually achieved to date. There will be plenty of opportunities to make money IF the pipeline of orders come to fruition. If the company can have 6, 7, 8 plants up and running, and the World can see the success, a price of 15p, 20p, 30p per share will still leave ample time for profit since it will probably go on to have 100 plants working. Investing at this time, I would suggest, is a big gamble.

MM's do not 'take off' the divi from the sp pre-opening. The price can fall, but this is because some SH will sell once they have been 'recorded' on the books, and will get the divi. The underlying fundamentals are still the same, and the sp will recover to previous level in days, not weeks.

Pike71. When companies refer to 'capital returns' to investors, this normally refers to ;share buyback' schemes, whereby the number of shares in free float are reduced. Effectively, this means that when divi. is paid, there are less shares and the divi/share is increased. In reality, the number of shares 'bought' are so insignificant in the total number of shares in issue, that the increase in divi is negligible. I am not a fan of share buyback, and would much prefer the cash equivalent of the scheme be returned to SH. The purchased shares can be 'cancelled', the preferred route, or placed in 'treasury', which means that they can be sold again at a future date to raise capital. Sometimes, as mentioned above, the company may decide to return cash to SH. Divis and cash returns are subject to tax after allowance threshold reached.

There is no capital gain during consolidation, other than the 'normal' sp movements due to buy/sell.
Simply put. If a company has 1000 share at a £1 each, and consolidates to £2 each share there will now be 500 shares in free float. The MC remains the same at £1000. If you held 10 of those shares, and say you paid 50p for them, you would have had a CG of a fiver, 10 x 50p. After consolidation, you will now own 5 shares at a sp of £2. CG is still £5, 5 x £1. Remember, the price you paid pre. consolidation was 50p, post consolidation, the price you effectively paid was a £. Hope that helps.

The 'debate' about EV, HFCV, HICE is complex, but not so complex if we choose to ignore all the disinformation surrounding the .better bet'. Not all 'credible sources' are so credible. There is obviously a vested interest in both Vehicle Manufacturers and Big Oil to maintain ICE either fossil fuel or H2. Big Oil standa to lose mega if the majority of the World uses ECV,s. At least 35% of all oil production goes to the 'transport' market. It will use all means necessary, to discredit EV's. Battery technology is increasing rapidly, and Solid State batteries, are substantially superior to what is being used now, in terms of cost, efficiency, availability of raw materials, C footprint etc. Although Big Oil can boast about the cost of H2 from Steam Reforming Methane, we are still talking Methane, obviously cleaner than it's heavier cousins, but not without a substantial C footprint. The 'way to go' with H2 is water electrolysis using renewable electricity.. The two main points I would emphasize; Manufactures should concentrate on EV, and HFCV for the ' expensive' market, with H2 being sourced from water. , thus reducing CO2 emissions globally by many factors. PHE should concentrate on syngas production production from DMG to be used for electricity production, and 'sell' removing plastic from the environment, instead of all the crap about H2 production.

So OOS, you have been awarded a contract for 'basic engineering design', and according to the RNS, the expenditure is from Capex. Now, the EISA is not forthcoming and the project is doomed. Have you been paid for the basic engineering design?
