Well the market thinks it adds value- about 10% on the sp already and given adjustments usually take a day or two we may get high teens . Not a stella outcome but not bad imv as we still own the brand and importantly the growing cruise business.

Lucy, I think that the outcomes vary between the audit has found nothing of substance and the SP recovers to around 140p to the audit has found yet more problems and we need to write off more money and sp falls to 55p as this is only a small part of an otherwise profitable business, with in between possibilities.

I have no crystal ball but have been buying as I think the market is fearing the very worst and the business will obviouslt survive. Good luck .

Aden, just now I am quoted 7.75 to sell and 7.77 to buy. Imv the spread has been opened to scare day traders into selling so that the MM can replenish their stock in readiness for the next drill results.

It is actually much worse than a 0.1% shrink , because the population will have grown more than 0.1% in the month and that means a fall in gdp per person of over 0.2%.

The only remarkable things are that it has gone wrong so quickly and that is before the tax rises kick in next April.

So my current view is that obviously the remain co will be the dog and the bits taken private the growth and the structure is designed to make us give up the better bits so that MM and his mates can profit yet again fro a flotation down the line. Am I missing something now?

Could someone confirm / amend my understanding of the options we have just now;

1. Sell in the market

2. Do nothing and recieve some untradeable ingenuity shares and some remain THG shares

3. Elect to recieve more untradeable ingenuity shares in lieue of some of our remain THG shares [ no doubt MM and the BOD will do this as they wnt to float it in years to come at a profit and/or ripcash out of it as it grows?]

Interesting point about the cars people drive- I used to aspire to something expensive and powerful but not anymore - I see them as slightly selfish and slightly offensive in the crazy unequal world of today. Each to their own of course.
