So we are spending more money and we know that we can lay a pipeline and monetise the gas but what progress has actually been made in a practical sense on the ground? No info provided and therefore i assume no progress, anyone know why?

Good point Hardup. What the FCA is really saying is;

Don't the shares you own will still be in your name and you won't really notice any change as they will also be listed on the LSE, except you should notice them rise around 10% which both Flutter and Ferguson did.

Grezz, the other issue is the cash flow - because they are reducing capex, it is now forecast as massively positive which I would thought was good short term but maybe the market is worried about medium term growth. In any event once the listing happens and UK business sold off the margins will look better and there will be another boost to sp.

I don't think the per of 17 is too onerous given the growth that you rightly foresee.

Roger, I think the changes in IHT rules mean that there will be more gifting now and these directors will be put on life support by their families should anything bad happen within 7 years!

Becuase I am down £1k on the shares I bought yesterday , I have added another £5k just now - surely this must recover soon - if not it certainly will when the USA listing happens.

This cynical government was hoping that people would cash in their tax free allowance and boost the economy - can't trust them at all.

Mardler, that's a nice location. I had a very happy childhood in norfolk. On my mothers side the family were in Weston Longville at the time of Parson Woodforde around 1800 and in that neck of the woods back to the 1600s!.

Getting back to AHT , lets hope the yanks resuce the sp when they climb out of bed shortly!
