So , if I'm reading the update correctly, they are still at the pre-mapping stage and waiting for permission to drill with a site visit at the end of the month.

They are fully funded for a drilling programme IF they get the go ahead.

So no drilling plan at the moment , but there may be in future.

Stop cross ramping this on at least a dozen other boards......no one is interested and actually puts investors off seeing a blatant ramp.

Do agree that 1p+ is possible upon completion of a Tax Credit deal.

£18m mcap with cash in the bank and BM/Tambo/Lolworth potential would not be unreasonable.

Absolutely BBN....That sort of figure is definitely a year or two down the road IF all the dominos fall in to place.

For now the focus is getting the Tax Credit deal over the line.

I'm with you in assuming a c£3m cash consideration to ECR which would fund BM and leave a few pennies in the coffers to cover ECR exploration/running costs until BM goes in to production.

Anything higher than that would be a great deal.

3p would be a c£54m mcap.

If Blue Mojntain is funded and the resource estimate is higher than 100k Oz then not unreasonable that could be achieved.

Of course we need to get the tax credit deal done and then the resource estimate provided so I am no way saying that will happen.

Getting cash flow from BM opens up acceleration at Lolworth, which wax the main reason I invested so heavily in ECR. IMHO Lolworth is a potentially world class resource...so longer term that is where the Big value is.

The current mcap is c£6.95m

A £4-7m deal would be roughly equivalent to the current mcap.

The mcap after a deal may double ....could be more, could be less.

Personally if they announce a deal and state that the amount received covers costs for Blue Mountain to go in to production then double+ is on the cards.

That would mean that ECR are self-funding going forward

The worst think about AIM is the quality if ramping has gone downhill.....complete takeover..lol.

This doesn't need ramping at the moment...just look at the mcap, the possible tax credit income and the potential production at Blue Mountain and the resource potential at Lolworth...the SP will take care of itself.

The deal is partly minkmally priced in IMHO.

Unfortunately we are carrying baggage from previous BODs that failed to deliver.

So the market won't price in anything fully until a deal is signed.

The current BOD are delivering in spades on many fronts.

Many investors would argue that Lolwoth (consistent excellent results), Blue Mountain (near term production), Tambo (currently drilling) and Baillieston ((antimony) have been partially ignored in the current SP and more should be factored in.

Time will tell

One think is for sure...ANY seven digit deal for ECR would be significant.

Let's hope one is forthcoming.

A massively positive step forward in the process though and a deal would be transformative.

Blue Mountain would be funded and move ECR from Explorer to producer and would be self funding moving forward.

I will definitely not selling a single share in the next 4 weeks and will see how this plays out.

Agreed...but we will know in 4 weeks time.

If agreed this easily goes 0.6+ and triggers other developments moving forward (ie BM production) that are truly transformative.

Exclusivity,freezing out the other 3 parties, shows the BOD have a good level of confidence a deal can be done.

Let's see how this progresses.

If/when completed we can get £4.5m-£5.m according to Argonaut..and maybe higher depending on which non core assets are included in the deal.

Will allow us to finance Blue Mountain into production removing future financing issues, maybe buy a certain helium vompany and and Swiss cheese the main prospects at Lolworth.
