Morning BBN, Yes that's in the concentrate....but grades out of the ground more likely in the 0.5-1g/t range.

Really low cost of extraction as it is at surface- 4m deep......literally hire a big a** JCB and dig it out.

Processing cost will be low as well as centrifugal gravity extraction is a pretty standard piece of kit.

Pretty compelling case to invest in ECR

* 7 digit deal being negotiated for sale of tax credits with THREE parties negotiating under NDA.

* Blue Mountain (BM) independently verified results show 92% Recovery rate with low cost gravity Rrecovery.

*BM resource at surface alluvial deposit...low extraction costs

*Can extract up to $2.4m of gold on exploration license.

*Company target is to have production plant fully set up at BM within 12 months.

*BM resource previously estimated 80-100,000 Oz which at the low end could yield $196m of gold.

*Partnership with Queesland geological team (state government) at Lolworth for REE.

*New consultant geologist employed.

*Tambo diamond drilling programme commencing imminently.

*Up to $1m of payments due by Q2 next year from Fostervill South (further $1m due in future) from previous Aboca disposal.

*property for sale @c $500k

*Testing results of 200+ samples at Lolworth due soon.

And all for a current £5.4m mcap....plenty of upside to come.

BBN, Recovery more likely to be in the 0.5-1g/t range.

That would enable ECR to recover $1.2m-$2.4m in gold before requiring a full mining license.

And in the interview I got the impression the commerciality decision and start of planning towards production will be in days/weeks and not months.

Agreed James, Exploration is a process ans ECR are working there way effectively through those processes on a number of projects. Alot of progress on many fronts over the last year with this week's Blue Mountain announcement the most significant to date along with the Tax negotiations.

Happy to wait for one or some of these to come to fruition.

Good of Mike to squash the imminent placing rumours this morning ....let's hope that a Tax Credit deal or asset disposal, or Fosterville South payment trigger comes before any future raise is required.

You've got to love the AIM market.

In the last couple of days ECR has announced that it is in negotiations with 3 parties under NDA with regards to selling the Tax Credits, which Argonaut stated could bring thd company up to £4.5 -£5.6m.

A day before that we get better than expected results from Blue Mountain that indicate a potential, low cost to recover , resource of up to $190m that the company is targeting to put in to production within 12 months.

And the markets reaction to this is an increase in the mcap of £400k 🤣

And we also had a good appointment of a consultant geologist with a track record of taking projects to production.

And also a state government backed testing programme at Lolworth.

And Tambo diamond drilling programme to commence this month.

At some point the penny will drop at ECR and the potential will outweigh the traders.

Increasing my holding as funds allow as plenty of new to come here.

James. I think people think you are short as you seem to raise off topic negatives every time a positive RNS is released.

When the new Geo consultant was announced on Monday you posted " I hope he can help with the Tax Credits" .

And then when the encouraging BM results were announced you immediately went to " they have to have a JORC to get a license (which I think has been established is not the case). and slammed posters with positive posts.

Then today when it was confirmed we had 3 parties negotiating on the Tax Credits (which I would have thought you would be very happy given your Monday comment) you instead decided to switch to the company will have an imminent fund raise which is not necessarily the case as we know they are funded in to 2025 (I am not saying it won't happen) and repeatedly pushed the point.

And you also said that a reason not to invest in ECR is because we did a Zac Mir interview .

So pulling/searching for any negative from positive news.

My feeling is you are either short on ECR, generally a miserable person or one of those sad people who gets a kick from winding genuine shareholder up.

For a giggle let's do the quick maths:

Previous estimation of Blue Mountain gold resource was 80-100k oz

Taking the lower figure x 92% recovery is 73,600 oz

So value of the gold would be (using $2600/oz) is $191.36m (obviously minus expenses)

So if commercial and the previous resource estimate is accurate (in yesterday's interview they said results exceeded expectations) than there is a little bit of potential upside for the £5m MCAP ECR.

Obviously subject to commercial viability, resource estimate accuracy , etc (although if resource is half the previous estimated amount it would still be just under $100m )

I've been around long enough to know what you're about ;-)

The standard of deramping on AIM has really hit an all time low.

The realistic figure that ECR will get from selling all the tax losses is £4.5 - £5.6m as per the RNS when they engaged Argonaut.

Brilliant news that we are in discussions with 3 parties.....any 7 digit deal would be a funding game changer for ECR.

We Also have up to a$2m potential income from the deal with Fosterville South (once a resource is proven at the licenses we sold them).

The Queensland state government is providing geologists/testing for REEs in Lolworth (how many companies do you know where the state government has done that?...a good sign of confidence there) with results due soon.

Previous gold sampling at Lolworth was also outstanding on results.

Tambo drilling to commence before the end of the month (diamond drilling).

Seeking a partner to further explore Antimony at Baillieston

And then we have the potential property sale, pending license ay Kondaparinga (next to Hurricane where a deal we rejected was value in the millions) and Creswick for further exploration.

And of course Blue Mountain potentially producing in the year with a previous estimate of 80-100,000 oz ....and that could be underestimated if Mike's comments in yesterday's interview that the results far exceeded expectations is anything to go by.

A lot of news to come, drilling and potential...and the mcap is a mere £5m....so much upside here!

I wonder how close the following payments to ECR are from being triggered for the Avoca, Moormbool and Timor gold exploration projects in Victoria which were sold to Fosterville South Exploration Ltd.

Deal was done in April 2020 and progress has been made on those licenses.....One that no-one ever mentions on here anymore.....could be up to a$2m:

2. A further payment of A$1 for every ounce of gold or gold equivalent of measured resource, indicated resource or inferred resource estimated within the area of one or more of the Licences in any combination or aggregation of the foregoing, up to a maximum of A$1,000,000 in aggregate;

3. A further payment of A$1 for every ounce of gold or gold equivalent produced from within the area of one or more of the Licences, up to a maximum of A$1,000,000 in aggregate.

Well worth a watch to give you a sense of today's results/announcement and the target to be producing within 12 months.

Watch the interview as many are and you can see the positive intent for a commercial plant within 12 months.

Consultant on board, better than expected results.

And only a £5m mcap with Antimony, Tambo, Lolworth and Tax Credits still in play as well as Blue Mountain.

IMHO very undervalued at these levels and re-rate is coming based on news and results.
