Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
These are encouraging and are for the first few holes.
The holes that had the greater widths are yet to be reported for the re-tests.
Even Mentalmax may get enthusiastic if they return similar upgrades ;-)
Will be interested to see the Antimony results from HR3 as well....plenty of activity to come (any of which could re-rate)
- Remaining Kuboid Hill re-tests
- Baillieston Antimony testing
- JV potential
- Tambo drilling
- Blue Mountain progress towards production
- Lolworth sampling and trenching results (and then move towards drilling)
- Baileston sampling results & potential drilling programme
- Lolworth REE testing
- Tax Credit monetisation
Morning Sausage,
For clarity (and potentially lawyers), On this public forum are you accusing the COO of a listed company of dishonesty posting under an assumed name to influence the SP and breaking a number of AIM/market rules?
Thanks Sausage.....They have repeatedly stated they are fully funded for all planned activity until the end of the year , but as you say , if more funds are not received (if they do not sell the property or monetise the tax losses) then I would expect another raise around October as they won't let the money run as low as Andrew Haythorpe did last year.
Yes, they are repeating the same stuff across platforms as they can only express their current plans.....There are plenty of examples of BOD's making outlandish claims , but the current ECR board have done no such thing.
Yes , they are not selling gold, but that's because they are an explorer and not a producer (at the moment ;-)
What have they achieved.....In the last 6 month's they have the excellent initial gold sampling results from Lolworth, Have raise over Ā£1m to put the finances on a strong footing, disposed of unnecessary assets, completed two drilling campaigns at Creswick (one with a best result of over 40g/t and one that found a wider vein system that had previously be found at that license, acquire the Kondaparinga license next to the Hurricane project that they rejected (due to the cĀ£5m price tag) , re-examined the Blue Mountain historical results to identify further areas of trenching and exploration with the potential of up to 100,000 grams of gold, planned initial work at Tambo, managed costs effectively, employed a specialist to look in to the potential disposal of the a$75m tax loss and aligned Directors with shareholders by being paid in shares only and not running a 'lifestyle company' like so many other companies......apart from that they've not had much activity.
I've ever heard Mike use the phrase "absolute beast" and my head is on the other way up ....the hair's on the top ;-) (Sorry Mike if you are reading this)
Thanks Sausage, You're so kind.
No, not and employee of ECR (and I'm not going to do the petty thing and start to accuse others of being paid derampers)
......I just pay attention to the actual news and activity from the company and cut out the 'noise' and ramping/ deramping that there is on a lot of on BBs.
My guess is that there is one big seller that is riving down the SP (one of the 0.175 placing takers probably) .
I can't see why there would be another reason for someone to be selling 2.5, 3, 4, 5 million share chunks at the current level.
The upcoming activity and potential property disposal and other potential revenue generators has been in RNSs and interviews over the past 6 months for all to see.
I just asked myself if there are many companies out there with a cĀ£4m mcap who are fully funded for the year, have multiple sampling, trenching and drilling programmes, have assets the quality of Creswick , Blue Mountain and especially Lolworth.....I mean did anyone actually look at the Lolworth sampling results from last year ??? ...one was over a kilo a ton (and yes that is an anomily and not the norm....but there were excellent grades with an ever increasing area of gold potential) and that's not even mentioning the REEs and Lithium......Lolworth could become an absolute beast!
Fully funded so little risk in the near term, and multiple potential game changing activities/ opportunities ....and that's why I've topped up another million shares over the last week.
Techtonic, I agree that the BOD need to temper their optimism a bit and stick to the activity and be a little more pessimistic on timelines.
There is plenty of activity coming up and as you, pre-empting an improvement in grades leaves little upside even with positive results.....just say that they are being re-tested to be thorough/ get a full understanding.
I think the narrative is hijacked by some as there is a great deal of actual positivity as far as operational activity is concerned....we've move away from lumbering from one piece of activity every quarter to starting a drilling programme at Creswick within 3 or weeks of announcing and having upcoming activity scheduled in Tambo, Lolworth, Blue Mountain and Baillieston.
The BOD have put their foot on the accelerator as much as you can reasonably do in an exploration company and I am confident that ECR will be in a much better SP range by the end of the year (probably with a number of swings on the way)
Scarlet, Adding value to the board as ever I see....I would say it's bottomed.....buys coming in now.
I'll have another 500k.....back to 0.3 gives an easy 10% profit from these levels.
Plenty of activity and newsflow to come on multiple fronts (Kuboid bulk sampling next) and company fully funded for the remainder of the year so RvR at these levels is excellent.
I'd also add that Admin 'A' will likely have bought in at the bottom BEFORE the 'tip'
And will claim the maximum % increase from the bottom price to the peak (which may only be achieved for a few minutes) which only they will see as the sheep have ploughed in during/after the initial rise will see a smaller profit or indeed a loss.
Techtonic,
David Burton runs a group on Telegram called 'The Hive' which has 109 member which share 'tips' for shares to trade (there is little/no interest on the chat for investments...they are only short term plays).
There are a number of 'Hive' groups on Telegram and on X.
Some would say it's a self-fulfilling prophecy on some of these groups:
For example if (on a fictitious group) Admin person 'A' says they have a hot tip and share ABC will go up , then all his followers buy in on the promise of profit (usually with minimal research) and this causes the SP in ABC to rise and then FOMO kicks in for a lot of investors who do zero research (the herd) causing it to rise further. Then Admin person 'A' sells out at the top and watches his disciples and the herd carry the loss as the SP inevitably falls.
You can lose and make money quickly on these groups., Some of them do distort the market as they have thousands of members that an cause a share to not react according to news , so can be damaging for investors.
A couple of chunky 5m sells this morning (must be one of the 0.175 placing investors selling I would guess?)....another 250k shares added today for me ;-)

BH....I assume you mean antimony at Baileston.
Good interview with activity planned at Tambo, Baileston, Blue Mountain and Lolworth in the coming weeks.
Also the bulk sampling re-test results from Kuboid Hill (Creswick).......so plenty of new to come over the coming weeks/months on a number of fronts.
Also they've been having discussions with the neighbours to the east of Lolworth, so prospects of a future collaboration there.
And interesting they have taken on the services of a tax loss specialist to try to monetise the a$75m tax credits.
Thanks Scarlet, As informative as ever.
Awen', I would not be surprised if they release the results for the last two holes in conjunction with the whole bag re-test results of the original holes at Kuboid Hill.
My guess would be next week.
Operational interview released today: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SMR3_30ZcOg
Sub 0.3.......be rude not to top up at that price .....so I did ;-)
With you there Mental....topped up a few myself today
So many fronts that could see significant re-rate potential
- Kuboid Hill re-testing
- Further drilling at Creswick?
- JV potential
- Tambo drilling
- Blue Mountain progress towards production
- Lolworth sampling and trenching results (and then move towards drilling)
- Baileston sampling/drilling programme
- Tax Credit monetisation
Any one of those could be a trigger for a significant rise and we could have more than one or two of these firing in the next few weeks/months.....I very optimistic we will see some significant SP increases this year.
Yes, Baileston was where the JV interest was 3 years ago when the 'data room' was used.
I'd have another shot at Blue Moon (see if it extends in the other direction) or Black Cat....
Don't Newmont own the license directly to the north of one of those?
Blackhopper,
I agree. Blue Mountain is another license that has been attributed no-value/ had no publicity since we acquired it last year. But looking at the graphic you can see why the company believe that there is near term production potential there with the 3 areas of 'abundant au' and gold showing throughout the license.
Get a wash plant in at Windmill/Teddy Bear (great names) and pile through the pay dirt asap !!!! ;-)

* Creswick potential is growing on each drill results (can see some JV interest there over the coming months)
* Blue Mountain looks like it's feasible for us to go alone in to some initial small scale production
* Lolworth trenching about to commence ....the sampling there last year was complete overlooked with one sample coming in at the equivalent of over 1 kg per ton (yes that's a kilo). The aim is to progress to drilling this season (before end November) The Lithium and REE will be explored further as well.
Tambo drilling expected this summer (I have no view on Tambo...a complete unknown). This was Dr Boucher's baby as he wrote a thesis on the area if I remember rightly.
So plenty of activity and newsflow to come.....ducks aligning nicely

Nice illustration of Blue Mountain......"Abundant gold" anyone?š
To be fair Swazers , you were saying it was bullish @0.34 and it fell to 0.29.
It's easy to be right when you say it looks bullish, but there is a critical support level.....then you are correct if it goes up and correct if it goes down.
At the end of the day this will trade in a range until newsflow drives the SP in one direction or another (like most AIM shares)

*So the share remuneration covered a longer period so was NOT a salary increase.
* Blue Mountain could be better than initially expected with potential for near term production (but needs to be proven so don't get ahead of ourselves).
* Re-Iterated good results at Creswick with wider breadth at Kuboid Hill
* Another Stockbox interview with 'more detail' coming next week with Doc (another update/results next week?)
Dan , Absolutely the vast majority of shareholders (if not all) are extremely happy that the BOD are aligned with shareholders.
However this will not be their only jobs/incomes so they are not going without any salaries to live on.
I'm still trying to figure out what Andrew Scott is bringing to the party. I can only assume it's industry contacts which may take on the Tax Credits (if he does that he is worth the money).....otherwise we are paying a shed load for a couple of interviews a month.
Now let's get the Blue Mountain potential / update/plan details and those Kuboid Hill results so we can push on.
