Iammrright.......Where did you even get an inkling that AJ would sell his shares?

The wildest of speculation based on nothing.

The 3 delayed trades (12m) were sells and still the SP held.

The 1m after hours was a buy...did notice an increase in the bid after hours which could bode well for tomorrow's opening.

My guess:

Kondaparinga license granted,

or Avoca, Moormbool and Timor payments,

Or slightly less likely some movement on Danglay.

Those are the only 3 topics that have received little/ no attention lately.

Ssshhh.....Quietly gaining a little momentum yesterday afternoon/ this morning.

POG now $2784....commodities prices increasing across the board can only help the commercial viability of the licenses (Blue Mountain firstly of course)

Same old tactic by some posters....they can't poke holes in a positive RNS so they float out the 'immediate raise' spectre.

As you say this was categorically rebuked by Doc a couple of weeks ago and we are funded in to 2025.

The potential beast that is Lolworth delivers yet another positive RNS ,

900km2, great geology (similar to Charters towers), Gold, Niobium, other REEs and now silver in evidence, support from the state government of Queensland (anyone know another firm with the support of the state government?

Just look back and there is positive after positive RNS from Lolworth (some of those sample grades from the end of last year were massive). Building niceley and in the words of the company....Has the potential of a world class mineral resource.

Won't happen overnight....but will be worth the wait IMHO.....and progress will be significantly accelerated if/when we get the Tax Credits deal over the line.

As for the relevance of the SP movement as far a the positive nature of today's RNS is concerned I'll just say:

Operationally we have been making significant progress towards realising value this year and progressing our assets towards production/ proving up the resource.

Personally I am happy to hold, top up when funds allow, and wait for that progress to produce game changing news.

If anyone can point out any negative progress/RNS from the last 6 months please post a ling to the RNS on the chat.

Results are very encouraging and all at or very near surface.

The geology of Lolworth has massive potential and is the long term company maker with REEs, gold and silver.

It will take time to prove up and I expect he company to announce a drilling programme which will commence at thr end of this winters rainy season (which starts in a month snd so half).

That should be funded by a tax deal....at least one of which should be completed by then.

It may not be a sexy enough RNS to significantly shift the SP today, but is yet another positive RNS and progress at Lolworth.

Look back at the Lolworth RNS and you can see how encouraging Lolworth is and ar 900km it is a massive asset for ECR....but it will take time.

Bonga.....only 22 trades and 7 of those look like the same 1m share seller.

Fluctuations up/down on small volumes are not really a worry.

A little patience here will reap some pretty handsome rewards IMHO.

The other thing to remember is that it is not A tax credit of a$75m.

It is SEPERATE years tax losses that add up to the a$75m.

Some of those year come under different rules so there could be up to 4 seperate deals done.

And any deal would need to involve an asset to fulfil the continuity clause (as I understand).

So for example we could do a deal on the Tax credit for a payment plus a % free ride on Baillieston.

Does make you wonder why Tambo is being diamond drilled (part of a deal?).

As BBN points out timelines are unknown.

And if we get a smaller than expected Tax Credit deal announced it could be on part of the overall with more to come.

Overall exceptionally positive that there are now 4 runners in the race.....You would expect one of those to get over the line.

They engaged a consultant to access the feasibility of selling the tax losses (this was clearly stated in RNS)...he/she was not named.

Argonaut was the name of the broker....named in a later RNS.

Yes, a lot of the actions were drilling and testing ......these are the required steps you need to get to production and it's been good to see the board delivering on their promised operational actions through the year .

If I were you I would spend less time trolling ECR and more time trying to rescue your Peruvian investment that you were giving it the large on here a week or two ago and that has fallen by a third since.

My question to you is what specific promises have the company broken in the last 12 months?

Tamer, Argonaut are a major company and will shoot straight on valuations.

They did say up to 50% (£4.6-£5.5m) so extremely unlikely to exceed that.

In the context if ECR do any deal over £1m would significantly allay any fundjng/dilution fears and enable us to push on with our plans.

Blue Mountain is thd other big SP mover....if BM is confirmed as 'commercial' then we'll see some fun play out on the SP

Tamer re 12:34 £5m would be at the upper end of possibilities for the tax credits.

Personally I don't think we will get that high ....but you never know

The tax loss expectation is UP TO £4.5 - £5.5m.

UP TO being the key phrase.

The company may not dispose of all the Tax losses (as differing years fall under different rule) and as they are looking to produce at Blue Mountain, they may want to keep a portion for themselves.

There is also a possibility of multiple deals on seperate parts of the credits with seperate parties that may involve JVs on existing ECR assets (Baillieston?).

Personally I will be happy for any 7 digit deal as that will provide at least 12 months funding. ....anything above £1m will be a good bonus.

As for the comments on the multiple good news releases (or 'ramping' as Sausage/James call it) , there was a great deal of discussion on all the releases last week so a lot of the points to make have been covered (of course if it was unsubstantiated ramping the volume of posts would just continue). We just leave it to Sausage to wheel out the same incessant repetitive nonsense (or deramping as I call it).

Probably due to the excellent RNSs (multiple) that were issued this week..

The 'new faces' are posting due to a wider investment community excitement that the superb recovery rates the company targeting production within 12 months and the THREE parties negotiating buying the Tax Losses .

Of course Sausage is not bitter the he was screaming sell at 0.22 and missed out on the initial rise....will he miss out on the next leg up or stay bitter and uninvested?

Tamer, out of all the announcements and news , looking at a helium play is the most insignificant news of the lot.... and may have even been dropped after recent developments

Barnard, You can say that about every stock ....everything is pumped/ deramped on Twitter, Telegram, etc.

ECR is probably deramped as much on Twitter due to the Doc H connection, and usually by those who have no idea what the company progress is.

The difference with ECR is that we have multiple concrete developments over the last week or two and that has driven the recent share price increase.
