I Do agree that the large seller was probably one of the 'long term holders'(lol) who took the 0.175 raise....I can't think who else would dump their shares in the mid 0.2's.

I'm not sure the X posters pumping Anitimony are affiliated to Doc (with his Twitter connections I'm sure he could find a more competent bunch).

I suspect it is just a independent group that has got together is an exceptionally p*** poor effort to ramp it.

Compared to Antimony there are plenty of other better short term prospects in the ECR portfolio to increase the SP.

We have 3 very good pathfinder results and are looking for a JV partner to take the exploration forward.

The RNS and interview yesterday said that the team had been in Lolworth since May and these were only the initial sampling results so I would expect a constant news flow over the coming weeks/months as further results are received.

Every RNS doesn't have to be a game changer.....and every share is ramped o Twitter and Telegram.

Lolworth is in the initial stages of exploration so having multiple hits is a positive and will help the process to find the gold source(s).

Not going to move the SP to a penny, but good solid progress.

JV on the cards.......the diamond drilling instead of RC is an obvious indicator that there has definitely been an enquiry and negotiations have progressed around Tambo.

I get the feeling that it might not be the only potential JV that is being negotiated at the moment.

Boffin, You are correct that £35 million figure some are putting out there is misleading.

In the RNS Argonaut said the actual tax 'saving' (the value) of the tax credits is c A$18-22m......That's £9.5m- £11.6m

And they stated that we could look to achieve a sell at 50% of that which would be up to £4.75m to £5.8m

Still a significant amount which would open up a lot of options at a number of licenses.

And I agree with you , I believe that thee will be some sort of RTO of MGA with one or two of our Victoria licenses included in the deal/partnership.

And the other point is that the tax losses are not set against ECR. They are MGA tax losses....so a subsidiary of ECR that can be separated off from ECR & LUX.

There must be a clear path to transferring the Tax losses otherwise a large company like Argonaut would not have agreed to act as a broker.....a deal can definitely technically and legally be done.... the question is if/when and for what proportion of the credits (may not be the full £4.6m - £5.5m that we get in one deal)

Regarding the tax losses. In the RNS Argonaut estimate was that ECR could receive up to £4.6 -£5.5m for selling the tax credits.

They may not sell the full tax credits or could sell them in sections so we may not see a single deal for the full amount.

If a deal is done on the tax credits then a 7 digit cash injection to the company would significantly improve the exploration options.

The other immediate possibility for raising cash without dilution is the sale of the Creswick property.

There is no immediate requirement for a fund raise as all exploration activities are funded in to 2025 and the rig sale covers all other expenses for the remainder of 2024 (as per RNSs)

Earl Of Aim, I see from your posting history that you liaise a lot with Gordonbennet1 & Oppenheimer. Theyare the parasites of AIM and flit in and out of shares looking for a quick profit at the expense of less experienced holders.

Those two (and their friend) were responsible for the spike and suppression of the SP following the Antimony RNS.

If it wasn't for them and their friends the SP here would probably be higher than it is now.

The good thing is that you don't post 39 blatant ramping posts in 48 hours so you are not like them.....oh wait.

Just wish you and your kind would bugger off and ramp other shares so some actual sensible discussion !!!!

(and you picked Antimony to ramp here which actually doesn't even rank in the top 3 reasons this could multibag in the next 6 months....just lazy)
