Yes, expect an update from Blue Mountain next .....looks like the gold there improved as they moved along the creek.

Let's just hope that it indicates a viable proposition for near term production.

Always a good sign that they are targeting a company following a positive RNS (and now sensible discussion can resume)

It does not detract that today was another positive RNS and that the antimony find is a good development on the Baillieston license).

As stated in the RNS we are seeking a JV partner , who I would expect we would look to get a free ride on while we concentrate on the gold and REE prospects at Blue Mountain (short term production prospect), Creswick (another JV prospect) and especially Lolworth (potential monster resource).

I still feel this is massively undervalued and should be 0.5+ ......There were a lot of chunky buys on opening around 0.4 so other see the potential here .........we'll see how the rest of the day plays out

Some good volume buys coming in at the end of the day with a couple of 4m, a 3m and a number in the mid 1m's volume in the 0.29-0.3 price range. Mopping up all available stock.

The penny is starting to drop on what potential ECR has and it should be another interesting day tomorrow.

Who knows we may even get another '0.1 soon' one liner from SV ....lol

The figure estimated $18-22m......That's £9.5m- £11.6m

So if we achieve a sell at 50% that £4.75m to £5.8m.....with our current mcap around £4m

So any mining company would be able to utilise the credit....There aren't many of them in Australia are there? ......lol

If they have lined up prospective buyers they could be at an early stage of discussion (I did not say a deal was imminent/ going to happen tomorrow).

The non-core assets will need to be moved out of MGA and a deal will likely take months to negotiate once a buyer is found, but when it drops it will be game changing.

Mentalmax.....Absolutely right....why couldn't the previous BODs appoint a broker to monetise this...they all 'had a look' (the mind boggles).

At least the new BOD are getting the ducks in a line.

Morning Sausage, Probably where the £6k advisor fee was spent that you were fretting on last week.

Good news that we have taken the services of a well respected advisor with many high value connections and not some corner shop broker.

No-one is suggesting that we are going to do a deal today, but if a deal is done is will be a massive change in ECRs finances.

Of course they put the 'no guarantee' disclaimer in as they do in all RNSs.

I not sure where investors will be 'sucked in'.......they have a reputable advisor who has a plan of action to utilise the a$75m tax loss credits which the company has....no duplicity at all here.

If a deal is done it will be announced without warning and no-one knows a prospective timeline on a deal, if the broker has already lined up prospective buyers or if the process is starting now.

It'll be interesting to see how they divide the Victoria assets and which they decide are 'non-core'

My guess would be that Creswick and Tambo are moved to a new subsidiary and that all or some of the Baillieston licenses remain under the MGA banner.

We know that some companies have shown previous interest in looking over the Baillieston project so that could be the icing on the tax loss cake for a prospective purchaser.

I expect a little rise today (and Techguru to hopefully slow down on the strong coffee ...lol), but there will be a a 'big bang' rise if/when a deal is done as it will be a seismic shift in the companies finances (and there will likely be no warning).

On the "I suppose they’re paying someone fees to help save money..?" ....the fee was paid in shares rather than cash to the consultant to save money....it was not a 'money saving' consultant (it was not clear language in the RNS) ....I assume the consultant was the Tax consultant.

You are correct...the neighbours to the east of Lolworth had discussions with MW.

A team has been doing some work on the east end of the licenses in the last couple of weeks (that was mentioned in another interview)..

Of Course Sausage , As you would never stoop to ridiculing people :

They had to reassess the data (as they did for all our licenses) before prioritising the activity.

Then negotiate access with the land owner and wait for the end of the Queensland rainy season.

So they have got on the ground at BM pretty much as fast as they can.

I see you are using a TV show as your main information source...sums you up really.

And FYI. The AGH licenses are pretty much all aluvial.

Plenty of volume being generated today...probably one of the 0.175p placement takers from last year offloading a few first thing? Plenty taking the opportunity to buy in/top up sub 0.25.

Sausage, The whole point of looking at BM is that it is an alluvial gold deposit at shallow depth and so much faster than hard rock deposits (which all our other assets are) to get in to production. So that is our quickest route to generating an income.

No- company is able to get from soli sampling to hard rock production in 9 months.
