The deal will only needs AIM approval and shareholder approval if it triggers Rile 15.

Unless the company gives away all the Victoria assets as part of deal I cannot see that being triggered.

The key event will be the agreement of the deal which is expected mid Jan if I am reading the update correctly.

They hope the legals will be completed by end of Jan (I would assume they are working on the outline legals already).

If that does spill into Feb it's not a big issue as 2025 funding is not an issue.

So you are trying to create an issue that does not exist.

The Tambo results were OK...nothing special, but not a duster.

This was a shallow pathfinder drilling programme at low cost to see what is there.

There is continuation of resource which is one of the aims of the drilling to understand , but the widths are not a game changer.

I guess this will keep Tambo lower down the pecking order unless the remaining two holes have excellent results or the geological mapping shows widths increasing with depths in which case a limited deeper RC drilling programme may be warranted.

Fubby to see the usual suspects casting doubt on the Tax negotiations without any foundation for that doubt. The Chairman is travelling out at the end of January to conclude the negotiations and to visit Blue Mountain to see the land owner.

ECR will undoubtedly have a plan for putting BM in to production by then and the landowner will need to be on board with the plans (which he has been up to now, even giving equipment and manpower to assist).

Hope we survive the 'share price drop' Milab (a massive 9 trades and the bid has not moved.....pmsl)

Coco, The directors cannot deal in shares at the moment as they are in a closed period due to the MGA negotiations.

Legally they cannot buy shares on the open market at the moment.

Coco, any evidence the placing takers are looking for a quick flip and that they 'can't afford' the money they've put in.

Eight and half weeks until the MGA (tax loss) deal deadline and it's all gone a bit quiet after the excitement of November.

We should get the 'better hole' drilling results from Tambo in the coming days/next couple of weeks.

At the end of the day the company will be getting geological data and research for free.

Quite a cost saving compared to sending a team paying for equipment and analysis etc.

And enables the ECR team to concentrate on multiple gold prospects.

Not a game changer RNS stated this point, but definitely an innovative value add (let's hope the boffins come up with the REE goods at some point).

Smart move as I guess REE evaluation iis quire a specialist/unique skill within the geology field?

We can let Adam and his team concentrate on the gold at BM, Lolworth and Victoria and let the academics figure out the REEs.

Adam did seem to be spread out a bit thinly and this, along with the recruitment of Mike Parker should really help.

It looks like some of the emotion of the last couple of days is dissipating and investor are starting to look at the actual operations and potential of the company again.

*Operationally compared to last wee we are now cashed up for all of 2025 to get the projects progressed.

The MGA/ tax credit deal negotiations are moving forward with a specialist consultant employed by the other party to thrash out the details and for the first time we have a deadline....end of Jan.

*The company has stated that the commercial viability assessment of Blue Mountain will be completed in early 2025....I assume Mike Parker is leading this and his recruitment signals they must be confident. It will be interesting to see if the 100k oz ($275m)resource estimate is revised.

*Tambo drilling results still to come shortly (with the 'best looking' drill holes to be reported)

* And end Q1 the Avoca resource estimate is due which will mean royalty payments to ECR.

* And awaiting confirmation that the sale of the land in Creswick has completed.

Yes , Initially the plant and machinery could be leased.

A gravity fed plant is pretty standard kit.

So no huge initial outlay.

And the income from the gold produced would fund the purchase of machinery moving forward.

Also kn thr funding front, the Avoca resource estimate is due st the end of Q1 which will lead to a royalty payment to ECzr.

As far as the Tax Deal and Blue Mountain are concerned , shareholder and prospective shareholders will listen to the BOB and read RNSs, do research and come to their own conclusions I'm sure.

Personally I'm taking your and Coco's views with a pinch of salt (to be fair at least you just take selective sentences out of context and present a skewed version of events, whereas Coco just makes s**t up ...5% chance ..lol).

Forgot to ask Sausage, Are you holding ECR shares at the moment?

Sausage, They are required to notify the market with all those updates.....or would you rather they withhold information from the market (illegal?) ?

Which of those should they not have notified in your opinion?
