No idea of the costs for this Uncle but I would imagine lawyers and accountants don’t work cheap. That said presumably the raise announcement on Aug 1 would cover this and some.

Certainly a lot less expensive Megan than it will be costing PPP to engage the services of a professional accountancy group to rectify this issue going forward.

I noticed from last years accounts a Mrs P Evan’s (Toms wife ??) was reported as holding 3m+ shares. Throw in Toms then that’s a sizeable chunk.

On a lighter note. In one of the many adverts that populate this board one appeared for “Green Box First Aid training” With the amount of green boxes I have on here I reckon I will enrol.

MyIPA I think he said PLC’s get suspended.

On the plus side DL said “complete the audit process” in the RNS. This strongly suggests that the accounts have been finalised and are at the audit stage.

With Westend in place going forward the late accounts issue should be resolved.
