To be honest coming up with a date is guesswork. Last year it took 3 months. Just to add though with the deal PPP have just secured they will be significantly better position both financially and operationally than they were back in 2023. It is also a major positive that the company have now outsourced their admin functions to professional accountants. Hopefully the same problems won’t arise next year - gawd forbid.

Global taking on PPP’s Texas liabilities is a big win. Not sure how much of the % of the debt is linked to Texas. I expect it’s a significant proportion of the 4m.

To follow through on your logic (if I maybe so bold) it would therefore appear that the two recent small placings (apart from the working capital case) were also about giving the regulators reassurance of PPP’s financial robustness. Additionally it was very coincidental that both Global and accounts submission deadline were both on the same day. On a positive note apart from the future revenue streams the deal should secure from a purely financial perspective the writing off of the Texas debt liabilities will also negate any going concern issues. Looking back at last year PPP have form on this. No interim updates given. Admittedly when they announced publication it was backed up with other positive news around their release date.

Hi Rob - the FCA applies different rules. Four months from due date. Whereas the companies house deadline is six. Raising that got me booted out of Telegram.
