Now i’m back on Telegram and seen it with my own eyes it does appear genuine MyIPA. Taking a purely logical approach the correspondence doesn’t actually give anything other than re-assurance. For someone to go to the trouble of putting together a fake message on that basic seems implausible.

I used the below link. Copied into messenger, took out the underscores. Copied into google and it worked.

To be fair if I was the fake Tom (not saying he is fake) I would be making more bold claims than have been posted. Not exactly rampfest.

I don’t doubt affrms sincerity in reporting this. The fact that other Telegram members who frequent this board and challenged his assertion further cobborates his post. I try to keep an open mind about these things but it would be nice to see the video.

The existing shareholders receive shares in proportion to their original ownership percentage in the company, i.e. on a pro-rata basis, and in the form of a non-cash special dividend

Just guess work only the companies can answer that question but as has been stated on (via this board) on numerous occasions maybe any announcement is being timed to coincide with the publication of the accounts. GLA.

Thanks affrm. I always keep an open mind about these things. Interestingly Capricorn (nee Cairn) received a massive tax payout from the Indian Gov a few years back and are very cash rich. In 2022 they agreed a merger with TLW which was aborted due to pressure from their major shareholders. I think TLW's reserves were the primary motivation..
