Agree Ssccss. Looking through their RNS posting history it appears as if they only ever issue notifications where they are legally obligated to. Key operational information which would impact share price if it dripped out peacemeal and statutory releases such as Director, Accounts now published and relisting etc. Nothing to simply reassure shareholders. I covered my views on this below.

Unfortunately they have form in this same as last year not a word until accounts were issued. I understand that issuing an RNS just to reassure shareholders when you are trying to keep a lid on costs is a judgement call but after almost 10 weeks it is not unreasonable to expect something.

It’s only a matter of time now before we are relisted. It seems inconceivable that they would go to all the trouble of pulling together a transformative deal, employ an external company secretary, do two small placings and employ a new company director. Frankly what would be the point of it all.

Hi Tiger considering PPP had been without a company sec for a number of months it will have taken Westend a number of weeks to pull everything together. Then there is the external audit process. It is a binary choice. If they don’t publish the accounts they will be compulsory wound up. The directors will be sanctioned and prevented for holding directorships elsewhere. Considering the deal they have just signed, the recent raise etc in seems inconceivable that they won’t. They have form on this. No updates on accounts delay last year either.

Let’s not forget that GV have taken on all PPP’s Texas creditors. Thats like a 4m cash injection. Gives them headroom to refinance for other activities.

Kong are you having a bad experience with of your other holdings. A company whose directors a pulling down massive salaries despite it registering a significant loss.
