Hopefully news tomorrow that will be the corresponding day the company released its accounts on last year. To be totally honest if we don’t hear anything my anxiety level will increase. I’ve read all the RNS notifications many times for reassurance (taking them at face value) had the odd wobble but as time passes my faith and patience are both wearing very thin. I seriously hope this comes good for us all.

Good positive post Michael agree with your sentiments. The issue of the accounts is fundamentally about getting the company back on the market and allowing those who which to transact to do so. Unfortunately the longer this drags on the more the uncertainty will grow. Hopefully not much longer to wait. It’s a bit like a nice car with no engine at the moment and continually waiting for it to be delivered.

The sanctions apply to Companies House Megan. The filing deadline for them was Sept 30. Highly likely if they run into Nov they will be issued with a First Gazette Notice.
