Thanks for your very positive post Casper. On the subject of the accounts the company will be under severe pressure to get them issued. As PPP missed the October 1st filing deadline they will be aware that if this drags on until Nov they will be issued with a first stage Gazette Notice (check it out in google) ultimately once this happens the company has two months to file or it’s severe sanctions. For this reason I fully expect their publication before the end of the month. Rightly so you and Affrm have listed great many of the positives which is nice to be reminded of during this frustrating wait

Steve - this is from a previous post of mine. I will say it again but if the company are dicking around with accounts to serve some supposedly hidden agenda they are on very dodgy ground. Auditors will have been booked and if they pass the accounts they will expect them to be published. If they require further clarification another date will have to be diarised.

Kong with no news who knows. What I do know if they don’t publish accounts there will be no company as Companies House will start legal proceedings. They will know that.

Agree with most of your sentiment maccado. However there are the usual suspects on this board who are just here to cause mischief and further there own agenda whether that is financial or otherwise. Clearly some are not invested and there sole motivation is purely malicious. Even posting at weekends. It is understandable that genuine holders will respond to such posts. Genuine concerns from genuine holders - fair play but the usual suspects on here are disruptors.

Fair point IPA but also let’s not forget the deal and the debt write off. You say nappy wearers but to my mind there is nothing wrong with raising legitimate concerns about not being able to access funds. It’s the shareholders money that enables PPP to raise funds based on the SP. Some comms are due.

Agree with your response IPA. Lots of sh-t on this board I always try to be honest. No accounts means serious trouble. I don’t think people on here get that. That said if PPA delivers no problem.

Mr Twisted PPP are playing a dangerous game if they are sitting on accounts for anything other than a genuine reason. Basically they were left in an incomplete condition due to the situation with their former company sec. Companies House can severely sanction directors and the company as they are key financial documents. Also if they have been signed off by the external auditor the audit firm knowing they are late would expect them to re published.

Lots of interest I think it’s a case of the genuine that the genuine holders waiting for news to bring in some different discussion topics.

Just waiting for the accounts to drop now. The company will be fully aware of the significance of getting these published.

Admittedly the above is an extreme example but PPP won’t be taking the excercise lightly. Westend have been contracted and Lunn appointed to assist in completing the audit review process.

I suspect the website is already built Uncle. As always only guesswork but they will need it live as they are required to post their accounts on there. An announcement around the time of accounts release should also help from a PR perspective.

Unfortunately V they would. There is a legal obligation to publish accounts within a set timeframe. They are being worked on. It was 3 months last year published on Oct 20th. They are key financial documents. Your points about the business going forward are spot on 👍

Also I would imagine (guess work here) that Crowe would expect them to be released as they are already overdue.

You make some very fair points V however on the subject of withholding the accounts I take a different view.

Assuming Westend have completed PPP have to fulfill their legal obligation and arrange external audit (they use Crowe). Auditors will have been booked and on completion the accounts are dated. As they are already overdue withholding them for too long they run the serious risk of being legally sanctioned.
