We always need a little luck. A few years back I hit lucky and invested in a company called Eland Oil and Gas. The CEO George Maxwell was the man. They operated in Nigeria, massive reserves but every other week it was the Delta Tigers or Avengers blowing up pipelines. A total rollercoaster to be honest. I got in early and made a significant return. I see similarities with PPP except we are in a totally safe environment. Noticeably ELA were great at updating shareholders the RNS notices dried up. Four months into blackout a red dot appeared. They had sold out to Seplat. Not saying but maybe things are happening behind the scenes guys. Lithium springs to mind.

To me it’s not frustration. It’s about common decency. It takes absolutely nothing to give a simple update.

Not de-ramping more like managing expectations. Hopefully we are both wrong Sccccs but PPP have form with delayed accounts. Totally positive about the future of the company.

I’m not setting any timescales for updating of accounts and subsequent audit. I don’t profess to have a knowledge of the precise time it takes to conclude the said audits. However I think what is being overlooked here is the pre-existing workloads accountancy firms already have. It may well only tak 5 days to produce accounts but if the accountants are booked up for the next X weeks a wait is inevitable. GLA

My gut feeling is that the published accounts probably won’t make good reading. For me it is all about the narrative that accompanies them. Hopefully the reported write off off debts associated with Texas will make very good reading along with the future revenue streams from the work over wells.

Uncle I am sure PPP will time their release with positive news which should mitigate any and or the majority of any negativity related to their delay. That said for me it is a crying shame that the head of steam the company built up hit a brick wall (hopefully temporary wall) when we went into suspension. Never mind it is what it is.
