The problem with no news is - that other news will inevitably fill the gap. Positive or negative.

Looking back to last year when this share suffered a similar suspension I note that they didn’t put out a holding RNS to update holders on the progress of their accounts. There was simply announcement when the accounts were completed. Yes PPP do have previous form on this. Lots of amazing positives though. Not least the cleaned up balance sheet.

Agree Paul. A simple update would suffice. On a positive note the fact the an institutional investor is prepared to buy shares during suspension strongly suggests that the share will be open for business again.

In theory the share has wider exposure to potential investors. I am no expert on this but they also they need to demonstrate they have robust processes in place to safeguard investors. Maybe that why the brought Westend on board as company secretary.

On a positive note it demonstrates that we are definitely coming out of suspension. It was a small raise and we have a very very low number of shares in circulation compared to many industry piers. We are all waiting for news - POSITIVE news. It was inevitable that even the most diehard believers in PPP start to waiver.

You make a fair point Steve. But the recent RNS announcements were unequivocal. Some of the dodgy investments I have had over the years have one thing in common. Sketchy wording in the RNS announcements. Get out of jail free cards. None here. Also II’ s would not invest. So that is reassuring.

Let’s be honest here guys with the share being in suspension it is worrying. Tom stated that there would be a constant news flow in an around the deal being signed - i am waiting Tom. That said things happen behind the scenes that we are not privy to so hopefully everything will come to fruition. I never gloat or boast but my daughter is a partner in a law firm which specialises in commercial litigation so i’m watching closely. I’m not as clever as her. Frankly It would be niave of anyone to realise an RNS so positive about the future of the company with a cupboard full of skeletons. For that reason I am positive. He was not woolly in his wording. Affrm has stated the positives. I am confident as I always look at the fundamentals which according to Tom are brilliant.
