Sometimes the nae sayers are right but with this share I look at the record. Worth also looking at the poster’s timelines - not a good record. My old man would have given me a clip around the ear.,

There is also the question of the 360k worth of shares floating around in cyber space until we relist. The raise would have been an entirely pointless and time wasting excercise if the intention was to take the company private. Absolutely nonsensical.

If shareholders approve a tender offer to take a public company private, they'll each receive a payment for the number of shares that they're giving up. Typically, private investors pay a premium that exceeds the current share price and shareholders receive that money in exchange for giving up ownership in the company.

Check out his posting history. All negative. It ain’t gonna happen but going private would be a positive in PPP’s case. They would have to pay shareholders fair value and with a debt free balance sheet and brilliant potential going forward it would be very very fair value. I’m sure Tom would expect it considering he holds 5m shares. That said it ain’t gonna happen.

I think Tom would be on decidedly dodgy ground after making a statement like the below in his RNS dated 17/7.

Tiger the future of the company has been assured with this deal. Not so in the previous two years with we’re also subject to suspension (they came back) As I have previously stated if you read the unequivocal comments Tom has put out in his RNS bulletins dated 17/7 and 1/8 he is very clear. If these were blatant falsehoods he would be in serious trouble with the FCA. I have seen woolly so called positive briefs from CEO’s in the past in this is not one of them.
