I’m no expert Tiger but this worth a read.

They info that lead to my conclusion was in the public domain.

To look at the worst case scenario it could have been (not saying it is) that the company had to demonstrate to the auditors that they have sufficient liquidity - hence the minuscule raise. That said the game has completely changed now since the sales and purchase agreement was signed off. No debt no capital outlay. Auditors don’t work on promises only facts.

Stock markets worldwide are having a tough old day. At least we are out until things settle.

Agree YeeVee the guy is a deal maker. Over the years I have had a few duff investments. I naively believed the hollow promises the companies pumped out on their RNS releases. Lots of BS about what is going to happen and it never does. Tom has delivered and I have absolute faith in the guy. Onwards and upwards.

A cash cow springs to mind here guys. Sure there will be peaks and troughs on our journey but one thing is for sure - we are heading north.

Not that I ever thought there was anything untoward about the suspension as the company has a glowing future. But I came across this article on one of the legal websites. In this case I guess no (or limited very limited news) is good news:-

In summary, issuers must notify without delay major new developments that may affect their business if the development may lead to a substantial share price movement. Issuers must also notify without delay information concerning a change in financial condition, performance or expectation of performance if the change would be likely to lead to a substantial share price movement.
