6m chump change. We have have been trading 10 times that number. I am a happy man this morning.

Due to cash flow issues I sold £3 worth of shares yesterday at 10p. By the time we come out of suspension drills will be happening and this will rocket.

Brilliant news. We will open a lot higher for sure.

In 2023 it was for 3 months but I think it was complicated by the fact that PPP had changed their accounting period. In 2022 it was only a couple of weeks. But then the deadline was 6 months (2 months grace given due to covid)

This happens all the time an has impacted numerous companies this year. What matters is the contract.

The company is obligated to ask the FCA to suspend its shares if they can’t meet the deadline.

A different story at UPL but it happened in May to them. The problem this year is that there is a worldwide shortage of auditors. I am totally reassured that the contract will be signed as Global have booked rigs and the head Robert Menzel has spoken in glowing terms about the contract. See RNS. We will be back stronger. Maybe even a few wells drilled by then.

Great point about the RNS. Guess it was timed to fall into line with the USA markets. They could of released at 7.00 am here as nothing in there sounded like it had literally just been agreed.

Rig booked for early Aug. Very very positive message from Robert Menzel, CEO of Globalvision International quoted RNS released July 17th.

I read somewhere (seems to make sense) that many ii’s wont invest in a company until a contract is signed. I guess if they risk their clients money and it turns out to be smoke and mirrors it’s the high jump for them. Fingers crossed we get our confirmation RNS ASAP (next couple of days) then maybe more big boys will buy up shares. GLA

I think the higher ones were delayed from yesterday John. The was higher yesterday (at certain times). Very optimistic about this share. Hopefully an RNS tomorrow.

Just to add it’s highly likely that many from today will no doubt appear after close tomorrow. Anyone’s guess in this market.

A high proportion of the delayed trades are from yesterday. It does however beg the question why the MM’s are sitting on them for a day before publishing. Also after the previous weeks big rise I guess they are NT ing trades to excercise greater control over the share. Fingers crossed we get an RNS tomorrow 🤞🤞
