Furion - the major switch to EV hasn't even begun. Li will be the predominant battery component for the foreseeable. Whilst there's always the prospect of alternative technologies, one should remember that there's also a lot of very clever brains working on squeezing as much out of Li batteries as possible!

Quakerjohn - not sure about that. As well as confirmation that production has started, we're also expecting other news on RUS very soon plus mining licence for the EPO. Not only that, Prem is becoming an outfit that institutions will invest in. Sell at 1p and you could miss a fair few percent!

I agree to some extent, Jenkoo. In terms of Zulu, I think we're pretty much de-risked now and the sp will only move up. The main question is how quickly and how far!

All of us who have been here over the years know that the real value is in the EPO area and GR has got some big calls to make. As others have said, investing in Prem even now could be life-changing if folks can stay the course. I've always had this view that Prem's value will not only multi bag but that it will produce a very healthy dividend - 5 years time... I wouldn't be surprised if Prem were paying a divi equal to today's market cap!

Meant to add that 1p should be surpassed when we get the next RNS... which I believe could be as early as today! AIMHO!!

Yep, good to finally see us threatening 1p - I thought that we might have seen these levels a couple of months ago. Market cap is still only £210m and there's still massive potential... if all goes to plan, Prem will hit £1b in the next year or two, possibly this year. Within 5 years, this will be a multi billion pound company. AIMHO.

I'm of the view that there is still loads of potential from here. Still only worth less than £200m... get the income flowing in, a second plant operating, get the EPO area assessed and what about all the non-lithium goodies. Then consider the dividends and we're talking multi billions!!

Very interesting! Tesla is obviously an interesting connection but Rivian is too. Looks like ChemX are gearing up for something big and CLON could be one of the keys to it. I now understand the thought that the JV could have a different dimension that hasn't been made public and is, perhaps, a reason why they're still working through it... perhaps, a bit vague and maybe getting ahead of ourselves but clearly there is an awful lot going on in the Li space!

I'm taking the view here that no news is good news. If the dd had thrown up anything fatal to the deal then we would have heard by now either officially or unofficially. The structure of the jv looks like a no brainer for NCX.
There's some chat that it could be later today or tomorrow but I don't know if that is simply speculation or hard fact.
What I do know is that we should see the sp move very quickly before the official news hits.

Good interview from GR - a strong indication to me that he is very confident is that he didn't duck any questions and gave straight answers to everything so I'm comfortable even with the current delay. Lorries stuck at the border doesn't sound too great, though.
I think that his reference to direct offers was for the remainder of the offtake - he didn't actually say that he had offers for Zulu or the whole company... if he's declaring the latter then that has to be by RNS, does it not??
I'm really keen to get the RUS/DFS done like others.
I hope the sp will take another step up - however, I think the current market turmoil and uncertainty about how/when the world economy is going to recover could limit any short term rise. Like others, I think the 2nd half could be stonking.
I'm sure we'll all be watching the next couple of months closely... can GR deliver the production that is expected?

Euston - I agree. I'm sure folks will rally round. I don't know the circumstances that you're referring to but suing someone for comments made on a discussion board seems excessive. Not even sure that a case can be made - one avatar suing another avatar in what is in effect an anonymous world seems dubious.

Euston - he threatened to sue me because of what someone else said about him. I guess that he's threatened to sue others as well. He certainly knows his stuff about diamonds but he clearly gets very upset at some of the banter that goes on. Life is way too short!

Just for clarity, I agree Eagleeyes22 - my own view is that CLON are in prime position to have mining licences granted by Bolivia. That's when we'll get a massive re-rate. The jv is one step on the way to that and will certainly boost the sp but the big prize, which I hope will follow this year, will be a mining licence (assuming all goes well with the extraction process upscaling).
