Csdi, I wouldn’t worry too much about your losses with psn in the short term as they will definitely recover. With 4000’ish shares and a £19 average I’m in the red a bit but I know they will recover. Apart from the odd trading with this share I plan to keep them till I die.
Psn sales are still really high and there is no slow down on any sites, in fact they are ramping up production more than 30% in most sites nearby. The low price just gives great buying opportunities and I hope it stays low most of this year so I can add a lot more.
Being really realistic, if the share stays low or even lower for a couple of years in five years time it will achieve new highs and since I’m in for the long haul and only interested in the dividend I have no interest in selling.
It’s not just the housing stocks that are down at the moment it’s most of the ftse but I see housing stocks as a much safer bet than airlines or holiday companies or even mining stocks.
