There are probably others but those are the big house builders that I work on and I don’t see anything bad!

I work on lots of different house builder sites over a 70 mile area and I don’t see anything slowing down

You do realise a takeover price won’t be at the value it is today and would be more asset value which is about £6.50

That site has ridiculous valuations for companies, a couple of years ago it had Lloyds would be 22p by now and BT would be 55p.

I certainly wouldn’t be taking notice of that site for investing advice

Trading updates over the last couple of years have hammered most stock down in the UK whether good or bad. Look where persimmon are now and they put out a good rns not so long ago.

Crossley, I work in the north east and all the house builders sites I go on aren’t even close to stopping or slowing down. Taylor wimpey is just as busy as Story who are selling sites out everywhere.

Buybacks in this share don’t help to increase the share price as they are all held in treasury and not cancelled, That way they can be given to staff as bonuses at a later date.

Usually with these type of deals the house price gets heavily discounted as they aren’t just buying one house so there is an obvious expectation for a good drop in price.

Also with deals like this the companies pick up on more things to put right before parting with their money.

Denby when it’s 84p anything under a pound isn’t a bargain unless it’s around 84p.

Betterlife. All the top ups on the shorts were taken on the 7th but if they were that clever they would have took them out on the 8th. The share price is still higher at the moment than any short taken on the 7th.

It only takes Trump taking notice of his advisors to end the conflict and this will rise again but sadly no one knows what trump will do but the shorters are betting on trump escalating everything.
