Well seeing the share price today means that these companies aren’t that sure of the drops and are just guessing as the last four shorts they have all placed here have been in high £10 range. That’s quite a lot of money to short they watch it rise by over 60p a share.

I think these are just betting on the budget but I hope they are wrong .

A small rise but nothing to shout about. the short in persimmon increased just over a week ago and they were in for under £11 when it was increased. At just over 2% i reckon they have about £70m in this so thats a lot of dividend they owe so they must really think a bigger drop is due??

I work my profits by how much of my own money I have put into the share and the rest has to be profit.

All the builders are doing more houses every year and I’m on a lot more sites and I just see constant progress. Sites seem to be completing quite quickly.

Say for example if persimmon do over 12k plus houses in the 25/26 period how can the share be held lower??

It’s a little bit annoying to see how the share has performed but I’m in for the long haul so can wait. I expected by 2027 us to be near the £25 mark but I can’t see that happening now the way the government is killing everything but I still get nearly £13k a year in dividends so I’m not to bothered.

Labour will never call an early election as Atarmer is too arrogant to admit he has done anything wrong.

I did the same with BP earlier this year and the share just kept rising so I lost out.

The papers have been saying for ages thhat we are going to go into a recession but I never believed it as all the house builders were doing well, then labour gets in with a plan to build 1.5m houses and manage to trash all the house builder shares in under a year.

Everyone has to pay their part in paying the taxes unless you are an MP called rayner who can weasel out of paying them!

But will the next party in change it, They will inherit this change and I can’t see the next government rushing to change it since they never set this tax rule.

Looks like a ministerial position has helped her pocket lots as I can’t see how just on her wage she can afford to buy a £700k home and keep another for herself!

You do realise all the other house builders are sitting in low prices? Who is going to spend money to buy the third largest house builders in the county! People only buy small firms out.

I hold a lot of Psn shares and Christofer holds double what I have so I’d say that qualifies him as a lth plus when this rises a little more I’m pretty sure he is going to sell!

We all know this will rise but our monies would of been better placed with other companies that have risen so you could sell out and but in here now with more shares.

Looks like the market has spoken and it’s not impressed with the results.

Prrsmon will always push to achieve higher figures and I’m sure the social housing numbers will be much higher? Everyone’s main push for numbers is in this half of the year.

With labours push to do 1.5m houses this century I’m sure housing shares will fly.

JG68, labour wont have a liz trus moment as they are too arogant to admit they have done something wrong!

I’m sure persimmons numbers will be positive, Either way on a mid to long term hold it’s still a good price.
