For2itus, Why will this drop like a stone. We have already had all the low prices and doom and gloom forecasts about how much would be wiped off property prices and it never happened. People said the same in the 2008 crash and it never happened then.

People will always need somewhere to live and prices will always continue to rise. War is the only way property prices will crash as who wants a home when they are getting bombed.

The house builders won’t be able to push the house prices more than market value but what they can push and all builders love people adding them and that’s Extras to the bog standard spec.

Most people will add some form of extras into the property and site agents and sales staff alike all push for extras as they get a small percentage of the costs. So changing from the original spec will get much more expensive and since most people want to move into a complete house, people will pay.
