Just read a little into the Gaussian article instead of reading the headline and it states that the money will go towards building 18k social homes. Well done on that as that’s the 1.5n target nearly complete lol

Jumping from persimmons was the best thing I have done.

When I saw they were going to help affordable housing I decided I wasn’t going to sell any shares but after you said it was 2027 when they were planning to implement this I took a chance on selling £20k expecting a drop tomorrow. Now we know it will rise.

The Guardian is saying the government is going to announce £2bn for to help with affordable housing, We will have to wait and see if she does!

As it happens the last day to buy in for dividend is budget day lol.

Since the dividend ex day is nearing for Taylor wimpy I’m thinking of taking a small position in there purely for the next dividend.

Pavriko, That’s now how shorts work. If they were closing they would be buys as they have already opened a position by selling the shares they are shorting.

Shareholder value! I think there is a hell of a lot of people who own shares here don’t think they have shareholder value in fact quite the opposite.

I wonder why the share price hasn't dropped more as there is £46m sold so far today.
