So what are you thinking people will do to buy houses in 20years time as they are 100% going to be far far higher than todays prices. Property over time will always increase and so will the house builder shares.

It’s quality isn’t it, good job labour has prioritised building 1.5m homes, I wonder how that’s going 😀

If they are after saving money a good start would be scraping the huge expense accounts they all have and abuse and why is the tax payer subsidising a bar in the house of lords when they should pay for it like normal people do. We're all in it together aren't we.

Christofer if all you want is £500k I would just wait it out here rather than trade. Once the economy settles builders will rise in price. Even hanging around till £20 will make you more money buying into oil or a dividend payer.

You only need to get to say £18.50 and you’re at your target, yet the extra couple of pounds will make a huge difference.

I only plan on selling half my share when in the £20’s and the other half I’m going to let ride.

Also just noticed the shorts have cleared out and that last one wheree thay all topped up their stake must of cost them a good few quid in fees, interest and extra share price.

Christofer, whats to say your money will be working better for you as lots of times I have traded other companies the share that I took some money from rose quicker. I know me and you both wanted to buy into BP and they have had a nice 30% rise but you just don't know what will happen as it was all doom and gloom on BP's share price then this.

I want to put my money into wealth companies to get a liveable income, even though they are paying nearly 10% dividends I still think it's more beneficial to sit out this low with the buillding industry and get a 100% mark up in a few years whille still getting a bearable dividend.

Which ever share you put your money into will always have bad periods and you really need to switch off to that sort of activity unless the firm is about to go bankrupt :D

Even if its five years? I'm more than happy to keep buying while its low as this is for my pesion.

I’ve been buying what ever I can afford on Psn last two big drops. Even if it takes four years to get to a good price it still makes more money than buying into a wealth company and getting 10% dividend every year.

It’s your decision on wether to buy or average down but in the long run this will double in price it’s just how long??

Looks like the shorts still believe Psn is going to drop as they aren’t clearing their last positions and they all had to be low £11’a as a minimum.
