I'm of the opposite view Roger. I think the DD completion tells us that the wheels are turning in the background. Previous RNS's have mentioned non binding offers. I can't see the process getting to completed DD if the nonbinding weren't ballpark acceptable to the BOD.
We don't have an offer communicated yet as we don't have a binding offer as yet. Given DD has finished, a binding offer or a withdrawl from the process are logically the next steps.
Throw in the mention of other interested parties, and some sort of sale of something substantial looks more likely than ever to me.
What the offer is likely to be if/when it comes is, I agree, still up in the air

Offer is likely non-binding at that stage, so probably no requirement to communicate the details

Surely the rerate would be to between the sold first offer and the potential second offer in this scenario? Ultimately, it would be a choice for the individual based on the values and their risk reward tolerances

For the information around the potential asset sale, I would advise reading the RNS's from the start of the year.
As for kipper, my take is that it's generally referring to a significantly large trade, often landing after hours

I'm happy to wait. I'm comfortable that the longer it goes on, the bigger the prize is likely to be. If the deal on the table here is <£1bn, then I'm amazed it hasn't resolved one way or the other by now. It's been going on for a few years, so at least one mining season has been missed for whoever ultimately takes this thing to completion.

I do find it odd how they are so certain it is all a big scam, despite the BOD having so much skin in the game and all the other evidence that has been communicated by RNS.
They may be correct, but their inability to even entertain that they are possibly wrong is highly amusing

Risk v reward I guess. Nothing is guaranteed, so people may wish to bank what they have made. Some may think any deal is months away, and feel they can do more with their money in the short term.
Lots of reasons I guess.

I imagine they wanted more as they would get more warrants too.
I suspect the original investment has been sold at a small profit / loss by now, leaving a nice risk free ride on the warrants.
I'm still happy this share will come good, I just don't think the mystery ii is still holding much
