Given we are expecting some news "shortly", and the BOD were to make an appearence at a forum with a heavy Q&A component, logic suggests that some news would come before the forum for them to actually talk about something.
Only when the bod pulled out, did this seem less likely, which was near the end of the week.
No one "ramped" anything. All the positive sentiment was based on available information at the time, and excitement about a potential conclusion to it.

All looked good for some news, until the BOD pulled out of the forum.
Even that looks positive as it potentially means there is stuff happening in the background.
The RNSs of late are all pretty positive, they just require more patience

Indeed RMR, seems strange to pull out at the last moment. If there wasn't any chance of things being sorted out in time, they would have cancelled their appearance a lot sooner no?
