No negative views allowed? Of course they are. It's just the ones you tend to offer up are either easily countered by looking at an RNS, are basically along the lines of "Sale won't happen, BOD are scammers", or are complaining about the time taken.
People get fed up of the last two, as the evidence to date says the sale is progressing and you'll just have to wait.
You have admitted to us that you are fed up of waiting, so maybe this share isn't right for you and you should look elsewhere?

Do you dispute the M&A timeline as linked by Mac? If not, then you must agree we are at that particular stage.
You seem to be taking umbridge with Mac stating "executing final contract for sale" and interpreting that as they are literally signing the contract. I read this as that "they are at that stage" and that will be where any formal offers and negotiations occur.
Whilst we may be playing semantics on the word "offer" vs "proposal", as many have pointed out, DD would not have taken place if there was not a broadly agreeable figure unofficially on the table at the start

Again selecta, you miss the point that Mac is refering to the stage in the M&A timeline. The stage where those 2 elements you talk about occur.

It's just like waiting for a train that is perpetually 2mins delayed. You know it'll probably be a lot better than catching the bus if you just keep waiting. More people get to stand on the platform and complain than had the train left earlier

If this doesn't land shortly, as stated in the RNS of mid Sept, then there is something big going on in the background. We'd like to see the results soon - that normally comes a little after shortly I gather, so now is about the time. The teasing, nudging and winking RNSs are great given they clearly cant give clear unequivocal information on what the status quo is regarding not only any potential sale of assets but also future plans for what ever might remain of EUA if certain elements are sold off.

The excuse of information having to be kept secret owing to NDAs is likely still valid. Even though we are not in a FSP any longer.

Whilst it would be nice to remain on the index, it's not really relevant to the proposed asset sale.

That document being tweeted by someone well respected on the EUA billboards and Telegram group may be another piece of the puzzle.

Still a good chance all the "secrecy" is related to NDA's. In terms of justifying to a purchasers board, I'd imagine JORC would come first, fastly followed by any offer. Thus the value is justifiable.
