I don't get this "FSP failed" narrative. They chose to exit it to focus on the proposal they are focussing on.

If it had ended with "we aren't selling" then you may have a point.

There have been many RNS's this year. The BOD are hardly silent.

They comment purely on the going concern nature of the business but no mention of an asset sale. They cover the huge increase over 2 years but not the readon why i.e. fsp. Seems pertinent information i.e. the valuation is expection of a sale not the current production

In all honesty, the speculation on divi andvwhen has been done to death. All there is to do is wait and see

We've had 5 updates in the last 2 months. Not sure why peoole think we aren't getting updates.

Appreciate I'm not part of the SHG, but has there been any contact with the BOD yet? Not after details, just if a conversation is happening or not

Probably best to read the released news items for the past year or so, should give you a good idea of what's going on

If you aren't happy waiting, you can easily go elsewhere with your money, you aren't a prisoner here. I just don't get the constant clamour for news, when the deal is still being negotiated. What do you expect to tell us without giving the game away and risking the deal?
I'm happy to wait as long as it takes. I feel there is huge potential upside and have invested money that I can happily do without for now.
Whilst I agree, I'd love it to resolve sooner rather than later, it's clear this will just take as long as it takes

IMO, All you will hear is when there is an offer to vote on or the negotiations have fallen through

We had 4 RNS's in June and one in July. Hardly radio silence.

Didnt "fall apart", was exited to continue with the offer from a credible party

What are we selling? And to what credible party? You can’t just say assets unless we know what they are it shouldn’t be a guessing game
Well, its at least 75% of the company assets, and the reason they won't say more is because they can't. Likely NDAs. Maybe email the company and ask?

Why no further update to divi? Why say it unless deal done? You can’t claim that and then say a sale may never happen

Yep, but when they have made no effort to do any research or read previous RNS's, then they will understandably, not be taken seriously

I appreciate no one knows, but i personally feel, that if the deal was going to be in the £1bn-£2bn range, then the company would have been bought out long ago during the FSP.
If the offer was less than £1bn then we wouldn't be entertaining a credible party.
I'm thinking £3bn-£5bn is a range that it could land in, in terms of total company value (i know a full sale is no longer on the cards)

We're up nearly 7% today, what's not to like ;-)
