I'd say the former camp express dissatisfaction based on either the perception it's taking "too long" or on arguments easily disproved from RNS's
The latter camp tend to get excited over RNS's that would normally add value to a company but dont.
At the end of the day, the big news most are waiting on is an asset sale, as this will drive the SP one way or another.
