So the market values us at around 25p a share. Shareprice hasn't increased at all off the back of the JV so that has no value according to the market.
If the buyout was at current market value, then I wouldn't consider a dividend of 25p to be significant, as it's just what its worth.
ACF report had us pegged at 50p+ before lots of positive things happened so any divvy in this region would seem reasonable for sure. Again, not significant in my eyes.
Something north of 70p would seem significant in my eyes, but lets just wait and see hey.
Ending the fsp does open the door to rival bids / takeovers etc too
