Ndn71 - I'd argue that the EGM timing and vanilla resolution suggest something is getting close to happening. If it wasn't, then surely one would wait a month or two for the EGM.

As many have said, if the non bindings were way off the mark, they wouldn't be progressing to binding.

We don't know the details of the non binding, the mark it must be close to, or the structure of the offer (full sale or otherwise).

So we potentially benefit by this going on longer as the price we get, if it's a full sale, should be higher than say a year ago?
I appreciate it's frustrating that it's taking longer than nearly everyone expected, but that's not necessarily a bad thing

Ramming Speed say 7%-10% rise?
Titan Speed say 10%-20% rise?
Hyper Speed say 20%+

Amers, have a look at the share charts. Share price has been rangebound for a long time. Hardly going down every day

Pretty flat on the 5 day and 6 month charts. Seems range bound between 25p and 30p so probably near the bottom until after the EGM

Dissapointed it's taking a long time, but happy to wait as I feel the outcome will more likely be positive (in one way or another).
If it was going to sell or alternative for a small figure, it would have been dealt with months ago.

Whilst I don't buy into the level of MM games some claim, there has been the strang pattern of the high UT at the end of the day for a while now.
Constant opens in the red, day after day, yet looking at the longer term trend, not much movement.
Nothing expected by myself until after the EGM at the earliest so I'll ride out the waves

I doubt we'll hear anything until the EGM concludes. After that, hopefully a torrent of news
