You may well be right, but there doesn't seem much to be backing up your feeling.
The EGM was to get a resolution passed that normally gets passed every AGM but was missed off the last one. Sure, the timing is odd, but it's not a particularly odd resolution.
The "it's taking a long time so it must be going wrong" argument isn't a strong one imo

Oh indeed. There is a lot to factor in beyond the simple sums.
If a lot of the share price is based around some future dividend of some sort, more shares mean everyone gets less of the future dividend. But at the same time, the company has more at its disposal to do things with so the reward might be bigger.
The pain generally comes when an II is offered a large chunk at say 20% discount through a placing.
A rights issue should have less of an impact as it is only open to those with existing shares. So if everyobe takes it up in full, everyone still gets the same proportion of future rewards

Yes you do. You issue a further 100 at €1 so your market cap is €200 with 200 shares. You have missed the increase in mcap from the money of the share issue

Purely mathematically. If you have 100 shares at €1 and issue a further 100 shares at €1 then the share price should still be €1.
If you have 100 shares at €1 and issue 100 shares at €0.90 then the share price should move to €0.95.
However, this doesn't accou t for any sentiment around what the funds of the RI will be used for / expenses etc
In reality, they will place with an II or do an accelerated book build at some sort of price (likely some discount) which would likely deflate the SP a bit.
What they would use the funds for, if they raise them, is the key piece of this puzzle

All depends what price they are issued at really. If a RI was at market price there should be no change. If they were issued at a discount then you should see a reduction.
Read up on rights issues to be certain you understand it all correctly as I think you may have missed something
