Why should it?
Recent RNS stating non binding offers on the table, explanation RNS as the the reason for the large sale.
Not really seeing anything that isn't positive compared to what we knew when we were at 30p.
Only thing I can see that's changed is other shares are on a bit of a charge, mainly due to bitcoin.
You may well be right, but you don't seem to have any fact based evidence to backup your statements on the shareprice predictions.

On what evidence do you base that? You may be right, but the RNS' from the company suggest they are progressing from non binding to binding offers suggesting a deal of some sorts is in the works

Nothing worth commenting on either is there then? If you feel it wont happen or there are better options, move your money elsewhere.
I think most are holding for a sale, which they believe will be 50p+ and will happily wait

Nice opinion. Why do you think they have lost their way? Only changes of late have been a transfer of shares and the sad case of a NED passing away. Do you have anything you are basing your opinion on or is it just gut feel?

Maybe a bidding war is going on. Maybe every week, one party comes back with an extra $0.5bn on the table to outbid the other, who has another week to respond.
If you think it'll come good, just wait. If your worried it wont, derisk.

Hardly seems worth spending the money

Given it was declared we had multiple non-binding offers, why do you think we will have no offer?
I could understand a situation of an offer that the board suggests we reject, or an offer the board rejects, but why do you feel no offer?

It could be very good if we get $1bn extra for the company.
It's in an NDA period. We won't hear anything of substance until the deal is announced or it's announced there is no deal. Until then, just wait and see

I think people attack people who make posts with no substance behind them. Whilst we are all grown up enough to know no deal is possible, all the evidence to date suggests that a deal is on the horizon and, given the time it's taking, either for a large sum or via a complex deal structure

Blame the market, not the board

I mean, isn't the stage just movimg from non to binding offers? Can't see what benefit this would provide.
I suspect the next proper news will be the binding offer that's being chosen by the board as the best for us to accept.
Whilst I'd like a resolution sooner rather than later, I feel the longer it drags out, the more chance of a bigger return. If it takes another 6 months, but is an offer of 20x current share price, then I'm sure we'll all be happy

There might well be. NDA's mean there's not a lot of info, and if there were only one party interested it would likely be done by now right?
