You sell the shares and realise whatever profit, move the money into an ISA then rebuy the shares. Bed and ISA service just does it a bit quicker.
If you have CGT to pay on your current holding, thT will still apply

I would add that, due to the potential NDA's in place, I would be surprised if any more information would be made available to the market before the sale is announced.
As such, all price estimates are speculation on here. Sime backed up with assumed figures, others not.

I'd guess it would depend on their exposure. If they are concerned about a large movement either way, it could cause issues what with negative balance protection and paying out winners

I think it's cost me £200 on £10k what with the spread etc, but all being well, should avoide more than that on CGT, fingers crossed
