(& since he is not a director, he is not subject to the same requirements and penalties as a company director would be in relation to trades in the company shares.)

the only member of the BoD with any declared share purchases at all is CS. there have been zero purchases of EUA shares for many years by any of the BoD, other than the 6 million shares bought by CS through the exercise of those deeply in the money freebie options he had been given as a perk.

SB, i think the main problem here these days is simply there is very little meaningful news about EUA for anyone to discuss. EUA is near moribund, with barely a pulse.

in the absence of any real developments or new info about the company itself, that just leaves a vacuum which then gets filled by personal insults, gecko’s obsession with jub capital, multi-ID conspiracy theories, toadying to trump & maga, fascist support for putin, pathetic attempts to pretend that shreds of news about ukraine frontline portend massive western investments in EU, etc, etc.

this chatboard won’t improve until the company actually releases meaningful and detailed updates about what the heck it’s up to (…. so could be a year or two to wait for anything much to happen….)
