(A) he claimed that notifications were commencing that day to certificated shareholders from the licensing paying agent, so if he’s being honest about that, some shareholders should already have received those, and some additional shareholders presumably ought to get those today. (not that you can spend a ‘notification’, mind, even if you ever got one!)

& B) amit claimed on 25th april that the DaaP buyer would make a formal announcement of that supposed transaction on their website today.

… so if amit was not lying, there should be notifications and announcement today.

[going back a few years, some index tracker funds had to buy some EUA shares to maintain the correct composition of their baskets to match an index, since EUA’s mcap was ramped to a bizarrely high level … but once the mcap dropped to a level that no longer required those trackers to hold EUA shares, they simply exited.

as welcher ( - and everyone else who invests in UK listed individual shares - ) really should already know, all BoD members are required to make prompt and public disclosures to the market about any buys/sells in the company shares, even for small amounts of shares.

(& it is part of the nomad’s role to remind the company of such obligations.)

all such trades by a BoD member have to be reported to the market by RNS. … just check the RNS history: other than CS’s discounted option exercise, no EUA BoD members have bought any EUA shares for years, not even for tiny amounts.
