I posted my *opinions* during the suspension, which included what I considered to be the significant possibility (but not certainty) that they would not find another nomad, and i speculated about what the underlying *value* really is in EUA (- as distinct from the ramped up share price.).

i also posted sceptically re the values claimed in the ACF report and how that report was being touted about to suck in more pis. for sure, they managed to resume trading, but that has not changed my views about the nature of the underlying business here, and how various folk try to promote the share price.

folio hasn’t given a straight answer to my question, but i assume he’s trying to imply i have some connection with jub capital. i don’t, and never have had.

mmm, more than two years ago now. funny that mac4671 wasn’t highlighting the importance of DFS before deal completion back then, eh? … plenty of other posts in mac4671’s history worth a reality check, for accuracy /honesty/ trustworthiness.

? so what do people think about the ACF equity report at this stage? — its valuation metrics used to be very widely touted on this board by the ramping crews, and (imho) played a big part boosting the s/price way beyond any underlying value … but did ACF forecasts come true?

i think some posters on this board probably are concerned about possible outcomes from the litigation, and some posters think that the company should have RNS’d long ago that this litigation was happening, as potentially very materially relevant info for investors to take into account.

- but i think even posters who do share those concerns will probably be rather turned off by toffers spamming the board about it constantly. … past a certain level of repetition, peeps will listen less rather than more. (mincho’s post earlier on a very reasonable one, imv.)

Just so long as EUA ponies up the cash to pay their invoices for services rendered, various advisors / bean-counters/lawyers etc will be all to happy to keep providing input, irrespective of what underlying value may be.

… some folk on this board have tried to imply that UBS and others will *only* get paid if there is a successfully completed asset sale, but EUA has *never* claimed that in any of its RNSs.

(perfectly possible that the contracts for the various advisors and hangers-on may include some additional bonuses that could be paid out for a completed deal, but that’s quite different from paying zero unless there is a sale.)

Nice little blip today, didn’t see that coming. sold a little trading slice early pm, but sadly a bit too soon to take full advantage.

It has been an amazingly long drawn-out saga. my own interest was, and remains, what is the underlying *value* here? — bearing in mind that value [not equal] s/price, and sometimes actual value and share price can remain wildly divergent for months or years.

i used to reckon that underlying value here was probably somewhere around the region of 0.5p / share. they raised a fair bit of cash after that in the placings, but have also continued to burn rather then generate cash month on month. although i and others highlighted long ago that russia was a risky jurisdiction in which to operate and hold assets, russian situation has deteriorated massively to a point where imo it’s effectively a fascist dictatorship with no meaningful rule of law.

personally i doubt underlying value here is more than 0.1p - 0.25p a share these days, but the share price continues to defy gravity and ramping crews remain active, albeit diminished.

20 tick-ups so far for pedro’s 09:48 post, where he predicts that invested pis “in the know” will “eventually reap massive benefits” from cloudtag.

that suggests there are still at least 20 punters on his board alone who might still be persuaded by amit to ‘invest’ another few £K, to get an even bigger slice of those massive benefits.

20 punters chipping in a mere £10,000 a piece over next few weeks before the bonanza payout, would be another nice £200,000 for amit. nice work if you can get it.

presumably not all 20 here would chip in, but presumably there are lots of other pis who don’t operate an account on lse’s site. just goes to show, amit’s still got enough of a fan club to make the game still worth playing.

A. more and more new shares in cloudtag.

Q2. what are the assets which cloudtag utilises in order to churn them out?

A. the hopes / expectations of private investors.

Since amit can award himself as many shares as he wants for free, then why wouldn’t he accumulate? - but equally, since he doesn’t have to pay anything for his shares, why should.that inspire others to have any confidence in cloudtag?

(there is no regulator, no issuance ceiling, no disclosure requirements, no nomad, no other BoD members, no renumeration committee (other than amit)).
