… amit says the deal is completed, all issues resolved, monies in the escrow account, deal being announced by third party on oct 6th, $275,000,000 to be paid out … so if you believe amit, what kind of ‘discount’ from 22p a share do you think would be reasonable risk/return, given that whopping payout coming in just a few weeks based on the word of such an honourable and trustworthy CEO?

Re 09:48, note that the cloudtag update doesn’t say that *cloudtag* is presenting or participating at the conference … rather, it states that the “CEO is participating”, but it doesn’t specify in what capacity. (? maybe he’s handing round the canapés?)

… re 11.30, nobody at all seems to have offered any rationale for why amit would have been selling yet more shares in cloudtag to pis since november 2022, given that cloudtag has been claiming it has completed a deal for $275,000,000 for tech/IP which will be paying out to shareholders very shortly.

Not my intention in any way to ‘associate’ you with my views, rktech, and tbh i don’t think any regular readers of this chatboard would be in any doubt that you are considerably more optimistic about cloudtag outcomes than i.

Hi Rktech, some of the people who continue to post on this chatboard do certainly give the strong impression that they genuinely believe it’s actually likely/probable that they are going to get a big payout from amit soon.

so if they really, really, genuinely think like they post on this lse site, then they presumably they would indeed part with real money for the prospect of a 10 bagger, or whatever other multiple they’ve been promised. i presume that several of the accounts that post enthusiastically here are *not* genuine holders, and are simply trying to promote the share for other reasons. but it’s nonetheless likely imv that a few of the posters here genuinely are amit enthusiasts who would give him real money in the firm belief he’s about to multiply it for them.

(me, being a burnt-out old cynic, i generally tend towards the view that if something sounds way too good to be true financially, it probably isn’t true.)
