RE: Price per share on sale??7 Sep 2023 21:05
Hi Rktech, to be clear, just like everyone else who’s not an insider, i don’t know for a fact what it happening. so i have never said with certainty that amit *definitely* is using this to sell shares to the feeble-minded —- rather, that seems the most *plausible* scenario to me ( - and it still does - ) given the available data (including the obvious lack of independently verifiable evidence to back up amit’s claims too).
if I’m wrong, and amit can distribute 22p a share to lots of folk, they’ll be very happy, i’ll be wrong, and it will have been an interesting story to follow anyway. but this still just seems more of the same old game to me.
i’d politely suggest, though, that you may be underestimating how much this game could be worth, if it is indeed about selling shares to pis. i agree that it’s *possible* some or all of the declared increase in shares between nov 2022 and sept 2022 could be about payment for services etc … but i hope you’d accept (a) it does show that extra shares *have* been issued, relatively recently, and (b) it’s perfectly possible that some or all of those shares were sold to pis, which would also be consistent with the posts from Trombone and Pointz.
…. so *if* amit has been able to sell 11 million shares to pis over the last half year-ish, it’s worth thinking how much he might have got from that.
if he only got 1p per share, as per prices some reported back from 2018, that’s still £110, 000 in his pocket, with pretty much zero expenses if i’m right that cloudtag actually does very little real. £110,000 profit would not be a trivial sum for a few minutes work a week over 9-10 months anyway. beats waiting on table at whetherspoons!
but just think on this … *if* amit has succeeded in selling shares during 2023 to pis, then that would suggest that those pis genuinely believed there was a significant chance that he was going to pay out in the region of 22p a share within a few weeks to a few months….
…. and if you can put yourself into the mindset of a pi who *is* genuinely prepared to believe (!!) that these shares are likely to pay out more than 20p a share within a matter of months, then how much do you imagine that a pi like that would be prepared to pay for that likelihood / serious probability of that big payout before the end of the year? — answer = probably quite a bit more than 1p per share, *if* you were a pi prepared to believe in amit’s spin. [not for a moment suggesting that’s a decision you would make yourself, Rktech, i think you’re a bit more wary at this stage]
… so if, for example, he has been able to use that lure of 20p+ payout within months to persuade some folks to pay 3p, 4p, 5p for some blocks of shares, then it would not difficult for him to clear £500,000 just from this recent series of updates.
—— ? would you still think that was a trivial, unmotivating amount for someone like amit?
