Curious the asymmetry that gets claimed about who costs who money. the ramping crew tend to claim that sceptical / critical posters cost others money, but also tend to deny that upbeat/ ‘enthusiastic’ posts could have any effect on whether other people buy or sell. odd that! ; (

(… of course additionally odd to claim that posts during the lengthy suspension would have cost anybody anything, since nobody could buy or sell…)

Predictably, BoB is fibbing again. i did not say that EUA would not get another nomad. rather i said i thought there was a significant chance that they would not.

… there’s quite a difference between saying that something is definitely going to happen, versus speculating about possibilities, but BoB does like to keep telling that porkie.

BoB also seems to be trying to imply [falsely] that i am something to do with jub capital. not the first time he’d done that, and probably not the last either. but again, another fib from BoB.

very nice to see del929 back, and attempting to interest peeps in proper company focused discussion, but the usual rude and ramping crew will presumably just keep insulting and deflecting … which will make no meaningful difference to EUA’s dismal (imo) prospects.

who knows, maybe he’s on holiday, maybe he’s ill (- get well soon if so -) maybe he’s sold out, or maybe just decided to have a break from posting for any reason, or no reason. (let’s face it, there’s not much left to discuss about EUA itself these days while the company slowly degrades.)

I am still at winona’s table, and remain hopeful nuptials can be completed by the end of this year, or maybe some other year, or perhaps even shortly.

…. unsurprisingly, the justgiving website does *not* show any evidence that IKN has paid up the £200 he lost in the bet. i presume therefore that IKN is simply lying through his teeth about that.

but sadly it does show a £5 donation from someone ID-ing as ‘Giant Steps” who used it in order to paste an insult against ‘frances’ on the justgiving website. i guess that’s an ID from the various twitter wars that have raged, but i very seldom look at twitter.

… if the guy eventually pays up via the justgiving site [- so it can be evidenced- ], that’s great, the charity gets money. but IKN should have paid up already - he’s a welcher, & that’s a statement of fact, not an insinuation.

All done & dusted, except of course that IKN lost the bet but has welched. he still owes.

(other issue not so much who ‘supported’ the bet or not, more to take note which liars / hypocrites have changed their previous stance, but pretend otherwise.)

As i understood it, the bet between IKN and mr_wolfe concerned the timing for an announcement of asset sale(s), not the completion date.

The justgiving website is perfectly quick and easy to use. looks like the main difference is, if peeps use the justgiving website then there’s a public record of who has donated (LSE IDs can be used, rather than IRL names), whereas anybody on this chatboard can claim that they have donated directly to the hospice, but with zero evidence to back it up. (…unsurprising that DR doesn’t like to show any evidence, fits with his previous posting history.)

12:25, easy enough for a company to delist from AIM if they want without seeking a shareholder vote … all they would need to do, for example, is find a way to ‘lose’ their current nomad, and not replace ‘em, or not get round to filing accounts etc with companies house on dates as required … eventually leads to compulsory delisting, whether the shareholders want it or not.

the original bet was meant to be settled by donations via justgiving, which means that IKN would post his LSE ID to appear on the justgiving website, as evidence that he had actually paid up. ( - since otherwise, anyone, such as DimitryReacts, can pretend to donate without actually doing so).
