Doesn't matter, it's having absolutely no impact on L2 regardless of buying volume. The company needs to actually communicate numbers and guidance to it's shareholders, nothing else matters right now. The big question is did they use the same (fraudulent) Clinical data to support their initial tender submission (before porton down, who's findings the FDA disputes in any case), if they did then that's the game. A tender achieved by fraud, the clinical data should be checked against their eua submission.

The FDA have accused them of fraudulently entering their clinical data in the eua, it will be interesting how the government deals with this. They can argue the toss about the S&S but that is a very specific allegation.

Christ, that's damning for innova and potentially hugely embarrassing for the UK government. Some very serious allegations in there when you take the time to read it, doubt we're going to see that test back on the market in the US.

So.... how does the UK government/DHSC react now.

Not so much a set closed period of 6 months but he and the rest of the bod will have been in possession of material information, particularly the DHSC dispute. It also doesn't help that the results are delayed. Imagine the scenes if he'd been buying after the SP had tanked and the dispute had been resolved subsequently after they'd told the market very little about the scope of it.

They'll have been in a closed period since the end of January in their defence. That said if they aren't buying or in fact filling their boots after the significantly delayed results then you'd have a good reason to be asking why not at these prices. The window of opportunity can't be closed for ever.

They're unlikely to miss that deadline though because of the ramifications imo.

What's frustrating is that we now have a product that could be deployed anywhere in the world in the time it takes to fly there developed by a British company and validated and accredited by the NHS, gets no press at all. Two weeks ago a US company with a breath test with no validation, not even for sale in any territory gets front page coverage in the press and the BBC. So much for British innovation.
