For green listed countries a paid for LFT is required prior to boarding the return flight to the UK. I strongly suspect the work around that will be proposed for avoiding quarantine from amber listed countries will be a 5 day regimen of negative paid for LFTs. If you're traveling in 2021 you're going to be getting tested, at your expense.

You can not use either an NHS PCR or LFT test for 'fit to fly', that's where the money is to be made privately. Rock up at a check-in desk with one and you won't be getting on the flight.

Get the saliva test launched and we'll have another first to market advantage. In terms of sensitivity it runs rings around the innova LFT and that's what matters, give the public a simpler more accurate option, far easier to deploy in schools with young children.

I'm not interested in a p@ssing contest with avacta holders because their test is neither saliva based or certified for home use so it's pointless making a comparison. S&S is more than acceptable for the purposes it's designed for, if you want better then go for a PCR which no LFT can compete with.
