Kamani clan is severely weakened and I personally cannot see how they will resist. They can't complain as have got very rich from this and had chances to turn the ship round. US bet backfired and was probably the last throw of the dice for them.

Shein will pick up rest of the brands I suspect. Kamani clan may be willing to walk away with plt that Umar can run. All speculation of course.

They need to sell disposable assets, Revb including and reduce debt. Holding onto Revb while they pay high interest loans is nuts. Imo

The governance of THG has always been its weakness and why the city hates it.

Sort that by untangling the various interdependent components and then one will see great value emerging. I was hoping the chairman would do this but he has been rather invisible. Imo

No question this drop in SP is not great. However, if you consider fundamentals will eventually prevail, this is a buying opportunity. If you can cope with seeing red in your portfolio without panicking. Imo of course

Indeed. The SP is in the territory where the market seems to have priced in max risk. Which is quite odd given the state of the US economy where most of the operations are for this company.

I have added more today and will keep dripping in funds as i have them. 10% below where directors recently purchased a significant amount. IMO, this SP is oversold considerably.

I agree. A Shein plus MA takeover is the likely outcome imo. May have to be a hostile one given the personalities involved. But Shein probably need a local network and MA would rather like to have Debs in his stable. I feel Kamani clan is now weakened sufficiently not to be able to fight this off...imo

I agree. Good time to sell Debs when value is seen and MA waiting to buy. Selling when in demand is better. clear debt and move forward with brands they know and a market they know well. Shein is the joker in the pack and may see opportunity if they need a vehicle to list and a ready distribution network if the rules around the parcel tax changes. Lots will happen over the next 12 months imo. Patient holders i feel will find some relief. Don't get robbed.

Kach, almost definitely Ceo has been sacked as a part of any debt restructuring process. Imo. Would be odd not to sack the man who presided over such value destruction.
